I'm half and half about this site I've… I'm half and half about this site I've used them twice and my goods have been delivered in the time frame they have set. However its concerning that they don't answer e mails or any other method they advertise to contact them on. They only contact you when you've placed your order and taken your money. I use paypal and i have recently discovered that they have taken two lots of the same money and same goods i had ordered, i have tried getting in touch but surprise,surprise no one has answered my messages. So thank god payed through paypal so they can investigate it for me and maybe give me a refund.?

Great customer service, reliable products Despite a couple hiccups, I still rate a 5 because they are always willing to go above and beyond to make a resolution that works for you. If you're having an issue, I suggest contacting them directly before leaving a bad review. They will likely solve your problem quickly. Excellent customer service and reliable products. Takes a while to ship but so does anything else that is shipped overseas. :)

Reliable company I have used this company on and off for years and they are always super efficient and very helpful, speedy delivery and genuine products. I regret not writing a review sooner as this review is 2023 but I used them the last time in 2022.

100% the real deal! 100% the real deal!! The product is real and so is the organization. I ran into a bit of a hiccup when my credit card company asked me to verify the purchase (simply because it was overseas). I reached out to Sarah and she not only addressed the issue, I got my order in 13 days AND she made an adjustment to my order to compensate me for the delay. I have emailed and emailed but have had…beware After getting so disappointed I wrote the following email only to have received my order a week or so later. They are not a scammer but c I have emailed and emailed but have had no response. It’s been a month but no word on my order. I felt that they are a legitimate co but need to follow up more with there customer’s and hearing too many bad things about the company. Be sure to get your tracking number up front. I never got one.
