I'm half and half about this site I've… I'm half and half about this site I've used them twice and my goods have been delivered in the time frame they have set. However its concerning that they don't answer e mails or any other method they advertise to contact them on. They only contact you when you've placed your order and taken your money. I use paypal and i have recently discovered that they have taken two lots of the same money and same goods i had ordered, i have tried getting in touch but surprise,surprise no one has answered my messages. So thank god payed through paypal so they can investigate it for me and maybe give me a refund.?

I ran into a bit of a hiccup when my credit card company asked me to verify the purchase (simply because it was overseas). I reached out to Sarah and she not only addressed the issue, I got my order in 13 days AND she made an adjustment to my order to compensate me for the delay. This firm used to be very good and I… This firm used to be very good and I used them for many years - prompt delivery, good communication and good products. Recently something must have chenged - perhaps the site changed ownership - but they seem to be willing to take money and just not sending the products. I raised my order weeks ago, paid promtly as always and nothing - no delivery nor replies to my emails about delivery.

Easy to order + very responsive via Email Order got here in a little less than a month. Would have gotten here sooner if I hadn’t screwed up zip code. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful throughout.... even offering a reship if I didn’t get my package due to MY error. Looking forward to ordering again!
