Fantastic Product I bought these for my husband because his snoring had gotten so bad that I literally could not sleep in the same room. He wore them every night for 3 months, then forgot them for 2 days. We realized during those 2 days that he was no longer snoring, and his snoring has completely stopped! Somehow the Theravent strips retrained his nose and he now breathes fine with no snoring AT ALL! Yay - sleep for me.

Could not breathe I had a very hard time breathing with the Theravent strips on. When I first put them on, I felt as though I was suffocating. I had to make myself concentrate on breathing slowly and easily. Obviously, this isn't sustainable and I could not relax enough to sleep until I removed the Theravent strip.

Shipping and Delivery Unsatisfactorily SLOW!! I submitted a refill order on August 13th. There was no action taken until August 18th when it was acknowledged order received! I had a 7 day supply left when a I submitted my order, thinking that would get me through until arrival of the New order. It is now August 25th and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND RAN OUT 3 NIGHTS AGO. I see no reason a small parcel post package should take more than 4 or 5 days at the most! VERY DISSATISFIED ONCE AGAIN WITH THE THERAVENT ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS! I have spent HUNDREDS of DOLLARS with you and expect beTter service!!

This product works! but the sticky stuff is uncomfortable My spouse reports a nearly-complete cessation of snoring, even with Theravent Lite. I wake up feeling better rested, too, when I use it. But I have thin, sensitive skin, and the sticky stuff really bothers the skin under my nose. I can't wear it for more than 2 nights in a row, and often find myself ripping it off in the middle of the night because my nose hurts. I don't know what you could do about that, but if it could somehow stick a little more gently, I'd use it every night. People who want to try the product, be sure to read ALL the instructions - for example the part about breathing (at least breathing out) through your mouth until you fall asleep. Once you fall asleep, just as they say, you'll naturally start breathing through your nose and the product will do its job. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact the company - they're super helpful.

FANTASTIC product-- works miraculously! These nasal strips work MAGNIFICENTLY, and honestly helped my husband and I immensely because I just wasn't getting ANY sleep with his snoring. Nasal surgeries, allergy meds, etc. didn't seem to put a dent in the snoring. These strips work so great-- they dry his nose out a little bit, but simple saline mist helps with that a lot. Only gave it 4 stars though because we were signed up for an auto-program without our knowledge and it was kind of hard to cancel. But now that we have cancelled we can order the products when we want them, and are VERY happy with them!
