GBTheravent helps prevent snoring over 50% of the time Theravent is helpful however on nights when I have a stuffy nose or when I don't get it placed just right it either makes me miserable (not being able to breathe) or if I loosen it, then my partner hears the snoring. Overall, the product is helpful and many nights it is working. I encourage you to continue working on products that prevent snoring. I tried the "lite" version. I can't see any difference in the screening material however the tape seems to be less and more difficult to use.

GBTheravent Max has been wonderful from Day 1 I had been using the regular Theravent for about a year and noticed that it wasn't as effective on my snoring as time went on. I was losing the firmness when breathing out during the night so decided to move to Theravent Max once it became available. From the first night I tried it, it was much more comfortable than the regular Theravent. I like the thicker Max and it stays firm from the time I put it on until I take it off. Even my husband has noticed.

GBFANTASTIC product-- works miraculously! These nasal strips work MAGNIFICENTLY, and honestly helped my husband and I immensely because I just wasn't getting ANY sleep with his snoring. Nasal surgeries, allergy meds, etc. didn't seem to put a dent in the snoring. These strips work so great-- they dry his nose out a little bit, but simple saline mist helps with that a lot. Only gave it 4 stars though because we were signed up for an auto-program without our knowledge and it was kind of hard to cancel. But now that we have cancelled we can order the products when we want them, and are VERY happy with them!

GBAnother option I have sleep apnea and thorougly hate my bi-pap machine. I am always looking for more transportable and less evasive remedies. I was somewhat successful with a dental appliance, but it got damaged and there is a lot of money out of pocket for that device. I had great hope for Theravent, but for me it works kinda sometime. I have a hard time positioning it just right and even if I have I am not sure. I wish the vent areas wear larger or there was some sure way to know it was positioned and working properly. I believe this is a product that could free a lot of Cpap and bipap users, by tweaking it a little bit.
