Shipping and Delivery Unsatisfactorily SLOW!! I submitted a refill order on August 13th. There was no action taken until August 18th when it was acknowledged order received! I had a 7 day supply left when a I submitted my order, thinking that would get me through until arrival of the New order. It is now August 25th and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND RAN OUT 3 NIGHTS AGO. I see no reason a small parcel post package should take more than 4 or 5 days at the most! VERY DISSATISFIED ONCE AGAIN WITH THE THERAVENT ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS! I have spent HUNDREDS of DOLLARS with you and expect beTter service!!

Success story My husband has been using Theravent for 2 years. It has been a marriage saver for us. We were at the point where we were sleeping in separate rooms and it was horrible! But it was either that or I would get no sleep and be crappy and non productive the next day. I will say the product does what it says it does, which is that it won't "stop" the snoring but reduces the intensity to a tolerable level. I do in addition have to wear ear plugs. I know it sounds like a lot but after a while it becomes very routine. Lately, my husband has been accusing me of snoring (probably an age thing) so we're soon going to be a Theravent couple and if that allows us to continue sleeping together, we're ok wih that.

This product works! but the sticky stuff is uncomfortable My spouse reports a nearly-complete cessation of snoring, even with Theravent Lite. I wake up feeling better rested, too, when I use it. But I have thin, sensitive skin, and the sticky stuff really bothers the skin under my nose. I can't wear it for more than 2 nights in a row, and often find myself ripping it off in the middle of the night because my nose hurts. I don't know what you could do about that, but if it could somehow stick a little more gently, I'd use it every night. People who want to try the product, be sure to read ALL the instructions - for example the part about breathing (at least breathing out) through your mouth until you fall asleep. Once you fall asleep, just as they say, you'll naturally start breathing through your nose and the product will do its job. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact the company - they're super helpful.

Horrible customer service I ordered a sample pack... didn't see any fine print that they then automatically set up future shipments. I called, got nowhere, so sent an email, requesting to cancel all future shipments, as the product didn't work for me, and asking how to get a refund of the 2nd package I had received. Got a very nice email with a return/refund confirm# and an address to send back stating once they rec'd the pkg, they would issue a refund. From that point, even with confirmation that they had rec'd the returned pkg, they refused to issue a refund. I even got my bank involved, all to no avail. I understand not every product will work for eveyone, but better customer service would've generated a postive review from me about the company at least.

Happy Wife Happy Life Theravent works! Have been using Theravent for several years now. Without Theravent I snore like a freight train, with Theravent the snoring stops. The best proof that they really work is that the few times I have run out, the wife always let's me know when the snoring starts in the middle of the night, in a not so pleasant fashion! She has NEVER been awakened by snoring (thus I have never been awakened by her) when I am using my Theravent. Nothing else has EVER worked and I have tried it all.
