Success story My husband has been using Theravent for 2 years. It has been a marriage saver for us. We were at the point where we were sleeping in separate rooms and it was horrible! But it was either that or I would get no sleep and be crappy and non productive the next day. I will say the product does what it says it does, which is that it won't "stop" the snoring but reduces the intensity to a tolerable level. I do in addition have to wear ear plugs. I know it sounds like a lot but after a while it becomes very routine. Lately, my husband has been accusing me of snoring (probably an age thing) so we're soon going to be a Theravent couple and if that allows us to continue sleeping together, we're ok wih that.

This product works! but the sticky stuff is uncomfortable My spouse reports a nearly-complete cessation of snoring, even with Theravent Lite. I wake up feeling better rested, too, when I use it. But I have thin, sensitive skin, and the sticky stuff really bothers the skin under my nose. I can't wear it for more than 2 nights in a row, and often find myself ripping it off in the middle of the night because my nose hurts. I don't know what you could do about that, but if it could somehow stick a little more gently, I'd use it every night. People who want to try the product, be sure to read ALL the instructions - for example the part about breathing (at least breathing out) through your mouth until you fall asleep. Once you fall asleep, just as they say, you'll naturally start breathing through your nose and the product will do its job. If you have questions, don't hesitate to contact the company - they're super helpful.

Horrible customer service I ordered a sample pack... didn't see any fine print that they then automatically set up future shipments. I called, got nowhere, so sent an email, requesting to cancel all future shipments, as the product didn't work for me, and asking how to get a refund of the 2nd package I had received. Got a very nice email with a return/refund confirm# and an address to send back stating once they rec'd the pkg, they would issue a refund. From that point, even with confirmation that they had rec'd the returned pkg, they refused to issue a refund. I even got my bank involved, all to no avail. I understand not every product will work for eveyone, but better customer service would've generated a postive review from me about the company at least.

Takes a couple days to get used to... I've been snoring my entire adult life, but it has gotten much worse in the last few years. It's gotten so bad, that I started sleeping in a separate bedroom from my wife. I tried theravent and was discouraged the first night - it felt foreign and weird on my nose. But I stuck with it and on the second night, I slept through no problem. Best of all, the snoring stopped (I have an app to measure how much i snore). On the fourth night, I tried sleeping back in old room and...success. My wife said she didn't hear a thing. It feels so good to have some hope on this again - the snoring was really taking a toll on my self esteem and my marriage.

Theravent Max has been wonderful from Day 1 I had been using the regular Theravent for about a year and noticed that it wasn't as effective on my snoring as time went on. I was losing the firmness when breathing out during the night so decided to move to Theravent Max once it became available. From the first night I tried it, it was much more comfortable than the regular Theravent. I like the thicker Max and it stays firm from the time I put it on until I take it off. Even my husband has noticed.
