GBTheravent Max has been wonderful from Day 1 I had been using the regular Theravent for about a year and noticed that it wasn't as effective on my snoring as time went on. I was losing the firmness when breathing out during the night so decided to move to Theravent Max once it became available. From the first night I tried it, it was much more comfortable than the regular Theravent. I like the thicker Max and it stays firm from the time I put it on until I take it off. Even my husband has noticed.

GBLets my wife sleep! I had trouble at first with the proper fit. Got use to them in a few days. they work well reducing the snoring enough to allow my wife to sleep more. I have been using them over 18 months and recommend them to anyone. One recommendation I have is to make them a little larger or at least offer different sizes.

GBDid no good for me! It didn't do any good for me, I still had all the same snoring issues. But the worse part was they sent me two samples for some reason and then I found out I was being billed every 30 days and that I was being billed twice because for some reason they set up 2 accounts for me. Someday I'll learn nothing is free, even free samples.

GBShipping and Delivery Unsatisfactorily SLOW!! I submitted a refill order on August 13th. There was no action taken until August 18th when it was acknowledged order received! I had a 7 day supply left when a I submitted my order, thinking that would get me through until arrival of the New order. It is now August 25th and I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND RAN OUT 3 NIGHTS AGO. I see no reason a small parcel post package should take more than 4 or 5 days at the most! VERY DISSATISFIED ONCE AGAIN WITH THE THERAVENT ORDER FULFILLMENT PROCESS! I have spent HUNDREDS of DOLLARS with you and expect beTter service!!

GBHorrible customer service I ordered a sample pack... didn't see any fine print that they then automatically set up future shipments. I called, got nowhere, so sent an email, requesting to cancel all future shipments, as the product didn't work for me, and asking how to get a refund of the 2nd package I had received. Got a very nice email with a return/refund confirm# and an address to send back stating once they rec'd the pkg, they would issue a refund. From that point, even with confirmation that they had rec'd the returned pkg, they refused to issue a refund. I even got my bank involved, all to no avail. I understand not every product will work for eveyone, but better customer service would've generated a postive review from me about the company at least.
