GBHuge Disappointment Spent extra money than normal here to get my contacts quick. Placed my order before the cutoff time to receive them next day with a decent margin. Also placed the order on a Wednesday because I know they don’t deliver on weekends. Got an update from UPS saying they’re delayed because NextDay Contacts didn’t get my order to them in time. Disappointing. And their customer service won’t answer me. I’ll stick to the place I ordered from before.

GBAn eye opening experience ..wink An eye opening experience ..wink, wink This is the best experience I've ever had with a mail order company. I will NEVER order through my eye doctor's office again! I learned that the cost through my ophthalmologist was $55.00 more for the exact same contact AND they were going to take a week to arrive. I placed my order at 1:30 on Wednesday afternoon and my contacts were delivered at 11:00 am the next morning.. WOW!

GBExcellent Customer Service! This is a shout out to the rep who helped me, Henry HC. I received the wrong order at first, but it was quickly corrected with another shipment and refund. Both the first delivery and corrected delivery arrived within two business days with no extra cost (compared to other competitors like 1800 contacts). Overall an A+ experience.

GBnext few* days Ordered Thursday, prescription verified and contacts shipped on Friday, received on Monday with next day air labeling. The website states that if you order on Friday it won't be processed until Monday, so I'd expect to see them on Wednesday. Next day claim is a stretch, but I'm happy with the service - especially for updating my Rx for free.
