The experience was easy and the package arrived--a bit slow but there was not rush. No more to say

Outstanding Product We have one of the Alen room air purifiers (T300) for a couple of years now and it works as advertised. We receive our air filters every six months and are very satisfied with their service. This year at Christmas time they even reduced the cost of their filters which made it even better. Amazing product with great service!

I have been dealing with this company for over two years and have been extremely satisfied with products and service I purchased two purifiers from Alen and have really noticed the difference in the air quality in our home. The automatic order system is fantastic and always arrives on time. When I had a question about changing out the UV light they were extremely helpful and called me back right away. I always recommend this product to friends and family that come into our home and comment how clean and fresh the air is.

I haven’t even plugged the product in… I haven’t even plugged the product in yet, but I had to review the company right away. So far, this experience has been phenomenal! I haven’t had customer service like this in quite some time! I received multiple emails keeping me updated on the progress. It even arrived sooner than I expected. I appreciate their dedication to an excellent customer experience.

Machine is leaking After working beautifully for a couple of years, it now is leaking all over the floor and carpet. Help!!!
