GBTwo BreatheSmart units are definetly removing a lot of the dust from our house. I have two BreatheSmart units that seem to be working very well. We have an unusually high volume of dust in our house. The source is probably our coal burner. We have used a coal burner for 25 years without this problem. So we can't be sure of the dust source. I will say the BreatheSmart units have helped a lot, but they have not removed 100% of the dust. We get a noticeable amount of dust every two or three days on the furniture. Before the BreatheSmart units were installed we could notice a lot of new dust on the furniture everyday. My next move is to shut down the coal burner to see what happens. One of the units is noticeably noisier than the other when they are both running at the same speed. It seems like there is some internal vibration with the noisy unit.

GBI have been dealing with this company for over two years and have been extremely satisfied with products and service I purchased two purifiers from Alen and have really noticed the difference in the air quality in our home. The automatic order system is fantastic and always arrives on time. When I had a question about changing out the UV light they were extremely helpful and called me back right away. I always recommend this product to friends and family that come into our home and comment how clean and fresh the air is.

GBGreat but need battery backup My Alen filters, all four of them, are super and quiet. But with one second power blips common, we often find that the filters have been turned off and have to be manually turned on again. It would be ideal if they could incorporate just a few second backup to not not shut the machine down on a power blip.
