USQuite satisfied with Air Purifier and Dehumidifier I purchased an air purifier and dehumidifier and both are functioning well. The dehumidifier arrived with a broken wheel but Alen Corp sent me a new wheel within days after reporting it. The Air Purifier is quite noisy on the highest two settings but we sleep with it right next to our bed on the lowest setting, and hardly notice any noise at all.

USOutstanding Product We have one of the Alen room air purifiers (T300) for a couple of years now and it works as advertised. We receive our air filters every six months and are very satisfied with their service. This year at Christmas time they even reduced the cost of their filters which made it even better. Amazing product with great service!

USMachine is leaking After working beautifully for a couple of years, it now is leaking all over the floor and carpet. Help!!!

USBought two and were delivered earlier than I expected. One was for me the other was for my son. The unit is very quiet at low speed, I have to put my hand at the exhaust end to determine if it still working. I rank the product 4 stars because it is very hard to removed the face cover to check if the filter needs replacing. The instruction stated to raise the face plate up, but it will not budge (my son had to force it by pull it up front instead). Because of this issue I am reluctant to check the filter's status because I might break something. (So I plan to do check after 3 months or more given a 24/7 use).
