We were skeptical at first when we ordered on the 1st of this month, but they pretty much shipped almost immediately after the order. It took 2 weeks to get here, which is understandable since it's coming from India. Didn't have any problems with customs or anything. I was also worried that there might be a chance they send the wrong item because of some of the reviews that I read, but the Tradjenta is Legit. So these guys are a lifesaver, I was worried how we'd be able to afford his meds. Also, their automated email updates during shipping was informative and was very punctual. Will definitely deal with these guys again.

Place your order, pay your invoice and it's on the way. Takes a few weeks to reach your door in the US but well within the promised time frame when ordered. Excellent service Excellent service, prompt delivery. I never had a problem with a Medypharma shipment in Customs. Prices are going up, however. That's probably not Medypharma's fault, but it pinches.

The time was lengthly to get it out of… The time was lengthly to get it out of India. I had tried several orders before the final one, but could not get the payment link to work. Hence multiple tries. We received the proper 9 sheets of capsules of groups of 10 BUT one sheet of capsules was open and pills exposed. I am not sure what to do about those ones. I do have enough confidence in general in medypharma to order again.
