Place your order, pay your invoice and it's on the way. Takes a few weeks to reach your door in the US but well within the promised time frame when ordered. We were skeptical at first when we ordered on the 1st of this month, but they pretty much shipped almost immediately after the order. It took 2 weeks to get here, which is understandable since it's coming from India. Didn't have any problems with customs or anything. I was also worried that there might be a chance they send the wrong item because of some of the reviews that I read, but the Tradjenta is Legit. So these guys are a lifesaver, I was worried how we'd be able to afford his meds. Also, their automated email updates during shipping was informative and was very punctual. Will definitely deal with these guys again.

Terrible experience, prepaid orders not delivered Have had a terrible experience with Medypharma. They do not deliver orders timely which have been paid for upfront by PayPal and deliver incorrect products. Customer service non-responsive. Still waiting on medication ordered and paid for in March 2020. It is now July 23, 2020. Do not trust this company.
