I love my daysy but I'm facing a… I love my daysy but I'm facing a battery interruption issue for quite some time now, and nothing helps.. Customer service did not reply nor helped, despite having it for several months only. I'm so frustrated!!

I love Daysy! The Daysy is amazing! I love it. I used the previous generation product, called LadyComp, preventing pregnancy for about 5 years. Once we decided to try, I got pregnant the very first cycle since I knew exactly when I ovulated. The Daysy is even easier than that and I'm so grateful for a natural alternative to hormonal birth control.

Works extremely well Daysy helps me monitor my fertility for preventing pregnancy, and it has worked perfectly so far. The app is great and I have had no issues with the device or the app. I love being able to download the charts and analyze my biology. Once I got a higher number of red and yellow days, so I reached out to customer support. Within one business day someone responded and provided an in depth analysis and advice.

Not easy to use Not easy to use. Not as insightful as I would have liked into my overall cycle health. Hard to know if it was worth it. Setting it up and troubleshooting the issues was not easy and can't say that I had a great customer service experience--not great return policies. I still think my Daysey is broken but now I'm stuck with it and no one there seems to care. Overall not happy with this purchase and think that the company could do better to with customer service, instructions on use, trouble shooting and warranty.

I already loved Daysy because she is a… I already loved Daysy because she is a great form of natural birth control and I've only had great experiences with her. The customer service team on Daysy just makes having her even better. I've only ever had amazing communication with them; they're so timely, kind, and mindful. I love supporting this company and the amazing product.
