Not easy to use Not easy to use. Not as insightful as I would have liked into my overall cycle health. Hard to know if it was worth it. Setting it up and troubleshooting the issues was not easy and can't say that I had a great customer service experience--not great return policies. I still think my Daysey is broken but now I'm stuck with it and no one there seems to care. Overall not happy with this purchase and think that the company could do better to with customer service, instructions on use, trouble shooting and warranty.

Literally the biggest waste of money on… Literally the biggest waste of money on the entire planet. Doesn't sync with your phone, takes forever to take your temperature and straight up doesn't work. I have reached out to customer support multiple times and they have told me to download beta versions of their app and all different types of solutions and nothing ever works. Absolutely garbage. Don't waste your money.

Can't revise menstruation data from >3 days prior Your product doesn't allow you to go back to revise menstruation data if it has been 3 days since the entry. This makes it extremely frustrating if you've already logged multiple months of data, and now have to do a factory reset in order for Daysy to accurately track your cycle. I have contacted Daysy about this issue, and have not been given any way to fix this issue without reseting the device and starting its tracking from day 1. I haven't found any cases online of other customers who have been able to resolve this issue either.

I have had an absolutely horrible… I have had an absolutely horrible experience with daisy. Daysy didn't work, is not worth the money and the customer service is horrible! I tried to make contact with daysy to troubleshoot and they were not willing to help me, would not give me a refund for my defective product and insisted on emailing me rather than calling me. Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated to have a defective product that I paid hundreds of dollars for.

Love it, but could be better.. Love it, but it could be better. I noticed I’m missing readings because I’m half asleep and I think it’s taking my temp but come to find out that I accidentally clicked the button twice and it was trying to sync instead of take temp.. Should probably change the blue tooth connection color and temp reading color. When you’re half asleep they look the exact same. Also, when using the app you can’t make a note or update sexual activity if it was a week ago. What’s up with that?
