GBI already loved Daysy because she is a… I already loved Daysy because she is a great form of natural birth control and I've only had great experiences with her. The customer service team on Daysy just makes having her even better. I've only ever had amazing communication with them; they're so timely, kind, and mindful. I love supporting this company and the amazing product.

GBNot easy to use Not easy to use. Not as insightful as I would have liked into my overall cycle health. Hard to know if it was worth it. Setting it up and troubleshooting the issues was not easy and can't say that I had a great customer service experience--not great return policies. I still think my Daysey is broken but now I'm stuck with it and no one there seems to care. Overall not happy with this purchase and think that the company could do better to with customer service, instructions on use, trouble shooting and warranty.

To have the option to not take a pill everyday and still have a safe, natural, effective way to avoid an unwanted pregnancy is remarkable. GBWorks extremely well Daysy helps me monitor my fertility for preventing pregnancy, and it has worked perfectly so far. The app is great and I have had no issues with the device or the app. I love being able to download the charts and analyze my biology. Once I got a higher number of red and yellow days, so I reached out to customer support. Within one business day someone responded and provided an in depth analysis and advice.
Very frustrated customer
GBI have had an absolutely horrible… I have had an absolutely horrible experience with daisy. Daysy didn't work, is not worth the money and the customer service is horrible! I tried to make contact with daysy to troubleshoot and they were not willing to help me, would not give me a refund for my defective product and insisted on emailing me rather than calling me. Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated to have a defective product that I paid hundreds of dollars for.
