I have had an absolutely horrible… I have had an absolutely horrible experience with daisy. Daysy didn't work, is not worth the money and the customer service is horrible! I tried to make contact with daysy to troubleshoot and they were not willing to help me, would not give me a refund for my defective product and insisted on emailing me rather than calling me. Needless to say, I'm extremely frustrated to have a defective product that I paid hundreds of dollars for.

I noticed I’m missing readings because I’m half asleep and I think it’s taking my temp but come to find out that I accidentally clicked the button twice and it was trying to sync instead of take temp.. Should probably change the blue tooth connection color and temp reading color. When you’re half asleep they look the exact same. Also, when using the app you can’t make a note or update sexual activity if it was a week ago. What’s up with that?
