I love my daysy but I'm facing a… I love my daysy but I'm facing a battery interruption issue for quite some time now, and nothing helps.. Customer service did not reply nor helped, despite having it for several months only. I'm so frustrated!!

Very expensive mistake to purchase. I have been beyond disappointed with the Daysy I purchased. I waited very long to get the new version (their website said the wait would be much less than it actually was which screwed up our family planning with our doctor that we started based on the websites indicated ship date). It takes at least two tries to take my temperature every morning and each try takes over two minutes. It very rarely actually syncs with the app. I've contacted support several times and they've been rude every time. I am not the only one having issues but they still make it feel like it's my fault. Definitely not worth what they charge for it! I was going to return it but decided to give it a chance. Big mistake. I also take thyroid medication which apparently screws up the readings but isn't mentioned anywhere in the information so a doubly worthless version expensive device.

I can't imagine my life without the… I can't imagine my life without the Daysy! I'm super grateful for this device and trust its reliability. I value my cycle more since using the Daysy, and I love not being able to worry about condoms since I'm good to go on green days. My partner gets excited for my green days, and the waiting makes the experience even more special, without the worry!

Can't revise menstruation data from >3 days prior Your product doesn't allow you to go back to revise menstruation data if it has been 3 days since the entry. This makes it extremely frustrating if you've already logged multiple months of data, and now have to do a factory reset in order for Daysy to accurately track your cycle. I have contacted Daysy about this issue, and have not been given any way to fix this issue without reseting the device and starting its tracking from day 1. I haven't found any cases online of other customers who have been able to resolve this issue either.

I love Daysy! The Daysy is amazing! I love it. I used the previous generation product, called LadyComp, preventing pregnancy for about 5 years. Once we decided to try, I got pregnant the very first cycle since I knew exactly when I ovulated. The Daysy is even easier than that and I'm so grateful for a natural alternative to hormonal birth control.
