Product does not work. Money back guarantee does not exist. Customer service is shocking. Can 100% recommend to STAY AWAY from Emu-aid. Do not waste your time and money. Dont bother replying to this review emuaid with your typical 'please let us know your email or order number so we can help sort this out' messages because i have been conversing with you for weeks via email and going round and round in circles talking to your robotic scam-worthy staff. This is the best product I've ever used… This is the best product I've ever used to soothe and treat itchy skin rashes, and I've bought it several times. For whatever reason, this emuaid works better than another less expensive ointment that contains some of the same primary constituents. Although the container appears modest, each application only requires a very small amount. I will continue to purchase this product since the relaxation it offers justifies the price.

Once you see how healing it is, you will want to always have it in your home. I wish it did not cost so much, but it is worth it.

Eczema Ordered for mild to severe eczema as a last resort, worked well on very mild areas but had little to no effect on areas badly affected. As a previous review states it makes your skin very dry and flakey and is quiet embarrassing. Might be worth a shot for milder skin conditions but would recommend trying cheaper options first as it is quiet pricey.
