To get this you need to return the product at buyers cost (the guarantee on the website does not state this). The return of the product for me would cost $30 in postage... Then they would refund me the $30 price of the product. So there is zero point in me spending money to return the product, when the product refund is the same price. Essentially... Product does not work. Money back guarantee does not exist. Customer service is shocking. Can 100% recommend to STAY AWAY from Emu-aid. Do not waste your time and money. Dont bother replying to this review emuaid with your typical 'please let us know your email or order number so we can help sort this out' messages because i have been conversing with you for weeks via email and going round and round in circles talking to your robotic scam-worthy staff. For whatever reason, this emuaid works better than another less expensive ointment that contains some of the same primary constituents. Although the container appears modest, each application only requires a very small amount. I will continue to purchase this product since the relaxation it offers justifies the price.
