I was beyond shocked with this product I was beyond shocked with this product. I purchased it for a cluster of plantars warts that I've had in my heel for as long as I can remember. I've tried everything....the duct tape method, medicated treatments...nothing worked. I don't even remember how I came across this product but I decided to try it, fully preparing myself for another failed attempt to get rid of these things. I put it on my heel daily and would use a pumice stone every few days for a couple of weeks. Then we went to the beach and after we got back I just kind of forgot about doing it again.

To get this you need to return the product at buyers cost (the guarantee on the website does not state this). The return of the product for me would cost $30 in postage... Then they would refund me the $30 price of the product. So there is zero point in me spending money to return the product, when the product refund is the same price. Essentially... Product does not work. Money back guarantee does not exist. Customer service is shocking. Can 100% recommend to STAY AWAY from Emu-aid. Do not waste your time and money. Dont bother replying to this review emuaid with your typical 'please let us know your email or order number so we can help sort this out' messages because i have been conversing with you for weeks via email and going round and round in circles talking to your robotic scam-worthy staff. Tried it, useless. Tried this product for quite a while to treat toe nails. Used as per instructions and no improvement whatsoever. Emailed customer service several times and they just send a generic email back. They told me to use product for at least 40 days before any improvement would be noticeable. I asked how can you offer a 30 day money back guarantee if I need to apply it for at least 40 days. They refuse to answer that question lol. I literally think this is some gunk mashed up into a cream and sold for stupid money to all us desperate people.
