While this product does come at a… While this product does come at a slightly hefty price tag, along with the inability to get this over the counter at most stores - my husband has struggled with cracked hands for YEARS and I mean 10+ years. He's been prescribed so many hand creams and products and nothing has come close to even beginning to heal them. His last appointment with a new doctor, they advised him to try this. We opted for the tiny container due to the cost, so my husband used it very sparingly - and he was shocked that it actually worked. Emailed customer service several times and they just send a generic email back. They told me to use product for at least 40 days before any improvement would be noticeable. I asked how can you offer a 30 day money back guarantee if I need to apply it for at least 40 days. They refuse to answer that question lol.
