It relives me otf the need to remember the date i would need to have to order the next supply. I am also enjoying the Prevail product. aaait has solved my unfortunate incontinence need.

GBGenerally good service. Your service has always been very good. Having the product delivered directly to my door is a time-saver. However, my only complaint is that it seems to be getting more difficult to find the right spot to place my order. Once I find the right place, everything works great. I would assume that returning customers who always place the exact same order would be able to go directly to that site. Each time, it's just enough difference to require extra time. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

My family member's needs are ongoing yet change frequently with regard to size, and they are always ready to talk me through current and possible automatic orders. I am very grateful for this service and the people who offe it; I feel like they are part of the team who help me care for my family member with dementia.
