CareGiver Partnership is quick to respond, great at helping and the products I select make caregiving so much nicer. There are days when I am too exhausted to search for my earlier records to find product ordering ID #s and prices. I am always grateful that the person answering the phone has patience and cheerfully looks up our account to confirm info I need for my order. She feels like a friend helping and it is her attention to detail that means so much in today's business world where so many clerks refuse to lift a finger to click on the "next screen" to find the answer. Also, when I call for orders (since I pay by check), there are times I spill over with a few weary comments about what is happening in the roller coaster daily life to an Alzheimer caregiver and to my 93 year-old blind mother. The person handling my order is always there, always gracious, lets me share and is sensitive. Just an extra bonus in our world in another state with so many insensitive CNA gals whom we have to train and supervise every single day. It is nice that "someone" understands!

Unfair Return Policy I made a recent purchase of Tranquility DayTime Underwear. On arrival the products were not as advertised ,or the proper size. I had purcased 2 boxes to obtain the free shipping offer for orders more than $40.. I was informed that I could NOT retrn the opened box,and muat pay$13. to ship back the second. How is it possible to exam the product wihout opening the package ? Why such a ridiculous and unfair return policy? Stick with Amazon

The order came so quickly I haven't had time to experience the full impact. My order came quickly, but I had just bought a big package of the product and it will take me a while to use it and evaluate the cost in relation to the amount I'd pay to KMart or Target. It's certainly convenient to have the product come by mail. I'd prefer that the product came in an unmarked box, but that's a trifling problem.
