I have always found Caregiver Partnership 100% dependable. It is rare to find a company that you have complete confidence in. I have never had an incorrect order. My order always arrives before the expected delivery date in good condition. The staff never fails to answer the telephone within their three ring policy. Unfair Return Policy I made a recent purchase of Tranquility DayTime Underwear. On arrival the products were not as advertised ,or the proper size. I had purcased 2 boxes to obtain the free shipping offer for orders more than $40.. I was informed that I could NOT retrn the opened box,and muat pay$13. to ship back the second. How is it possible to exam the product wihout opening the package ? Why such a ridiculous and unfair return policy? Stick with Amazon

More than I expected I order products for my parents. The Never Run Out option has been an outstanding service. Love it. It was simple to setup for billing to come to me and deliveries go to them. It has been rare but ocassionally I have called them to ask questions, everyone is super nice, easy to understand, willing to help. My experience with them has ALWAYS been more then I would have expected.

Use of Home delivery supplies I searched each month for pullups that would fit my child as he grew, often buying all in stock to heave enough to get us through the month. Then I found caregiver and was able to set up regular deliveries so I no longer even think about this purchase. The one time I accidently ordered double deliveries (on a holiday) I was able to call and talk to a real person who was able to cancel the one order and set my mind at ease
