GBGenerally good service. Your service has always been very good. Having the product delivered directly to my door is a time-saver. However, my only complaint is that it seems to be getting more difficult to find the right spot to place my order. Once I find the right place, everything works great. I would assume that returning customers who always place the exact same order would be able to go directly to that site. Each time, it's just enough difference to require extra time. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

The delivery box that contains the care product is unmarked as to content. The website is easy to use for all levels of computer literacy and the order intake to the delivery date has always been within a week of each other. I have used the phone for ordering and the agents are courtious, effecient and proficient.. I have recommended this company to others who need personal care products. Very satisfied!

My order always arrives before the expected delivery date in good condition. The staff never fails to answer the telephone within their three ring policy.
