The product is shipped automatically based on my estimate of need. On occasion I've had to change that date due to moms changing needs, and on every occasion they have met her needs. GBCareGiver products Caregiver offers a wide variety of products, at competitive prices, and promptly ships them. Would like smaller quantities rather than full cases but this is only a minor problem .
