GBGrinch who stole Christmas! Customer service did not have the authority to fix my order or to honor the sale price. Customer service kept repeating their authorized script and apologizing for my online order experience. The order was a major Christmas gift and I’m very disappointed. I would be a new customer but they didn’t do anything to keep me as a customer. Bah humbug

GBScammers they are a group of thieves… Scammers they are a group of thieves who are trying to sell you something you DON’T NEED , please stay away and you will be stress free and a lot of money in your pocket. My family almost got ruined because of this scammers.

GBI’ve been with Young Living for awhile now.:: I’ve been with Young Living for almost two years now, and have never been more impressed. I have used other brands of essential oils, and have been a part of other MLM companies, and YL is BY FAR the best. Amazing customer service, excellent standards, incredible farms and testing procedures, and comparable pricing. I love that they don’t (and don’t encourage) trash talk other companies. AMAZING company.

CAHaving used other eo companies Doterra… Having used other eo companies Doterra vitality etc I say Young Living exceeds price and costs considering the quality of their home grown oils. I will never try another inferior brand to try and save money. They are two rings away by phone with instant awesome service.

GBImpossible to Contact Company Very disappointed in YL oils current customer service. Love their products and have been a member for years. Trying to place an order online entered all information including credit card hit submit and no order confirmation. Called and told by pre recorded message 3 hour wait time to hold. Waited 3 hours and no answer . Attempted chat waited 11/2 hours. No reply. Emailed and no reply. I never had any issues prior to recent company changes. I am curious if they are trying to eliminate previous members whom they agreed to give 24% discount. Any one else experiencing problems?
