I’ve been with Young Living for awhile now.:: I’ve been with Young Living for almost two years now, and have never been more impressed. I have used other brands of essential oils, and have been a part of other MLM companies, and YL is BY FAR the best. Amazing customer service, excellent standards, incredible farms and testing procedures, and comparable pricing. I love that they don’t (and don’t encourage) trash talk other companies. AMAZING company.

Having used other eo companies Doterra… Having used other eo companies Doterra vitality etc I say Young Living exceeds price and costs considering the quality of their home grown oils. I will never try another inferior brand to try and save money. They are two rings away by phone with instant awesome service.

I've been using Young Living for 5 years I've been using Young Living for 5 years now. Their products have helped our entire family! They offer bonus oils every month just for placing my normal order amount (I spend about $110 per month). They also have certain oils that no other company can offer because YL has many of their own farms. I love this company and am SO thankful for their pioneering the oil industry.

Impossible to Contact Company Very disappointed in YL oils current customer service. Love their products and have been a member for years. Trying to place an order online entered all information including credit card hit submit and no order confirmation. Called and told by pre recorded message 3 hour wait time to hold. Waited 3 hours and no answer . Attempted chat waited 11/2 hours. No reply. Emailed and no reply. I never had any issues prior to recent company changes. I am curious if they are trying to eliminate previous members whom they agreed to give 24% discount. Any one else experiencing problems?

Young Living ARIA Diffuser malfunctioning We bought over a year ago with Young Living the top range of the diffusers the ARIA. From one day to another the ARIA has malfunctions and appears to be beyond repair. The customer service can only but refer to the general conditions, the warranty has expired and the client support has no sense of consideration to replace the ARIA at a reduced price. Several mails were sent but the answers were all times a general negative. Very poor service level. Don't buy.
