Unreachable, not shipping on time I ordered something on the 18, and on the 20th it was still unfulfilled. This was a Thursday, so I called within business hours and it said they were closed! I called again this morning, a Friday, again within business hours, and again I get the closed message. The free shipping says 5-8 business days, but it doesn't explain that it may take that long just to get the order together! Good prices but terrible service and unreachable. I wouldn't use them again.

Order filled fast but slightly inaccurate I was looking for Honso formula 41, ordered Honso formula 42 and what came was formula 45. I am of the philosophy that there is a reason for everything and I believe that I will be using or sharing formula 45 with someone, otherwise it would not have come to me. So it all works out.

SHIPPING TOOK WAY TOO LONG! I placed an order on July 13, 2015 and waited until July 23, 2015 to receive my item. I feel that 10 days is way too long to wait for an item that I needed much, much sooner. For this reason, I will probably not use this company again!

Still have not received my order Order placed on 10th at two different sites.. same shipping speed. Got shipment from other on 13th.. Still have not received from ideal vitamins and its 21st.
