Great service, selection and super fast shipping - great prices! Site was super easy to use and I was able to find what I wanted to order quickly. Checkout process was easy. I received e-mail confirmations every step of the way and everything arrived well packed and well in advance of when I was expecting it. Not to mention, the prices were extremely competitive! Seriously, even those greedy mofos at Wal-Mart can't beat these prices.

They don't bother to tell you when items are out of stock. I ordered two items on 6/25, both showing in stock. I received an email on 6/30 saying both items were shipped. I received a package on 7/3 with just one of the items and a note saying the other item was on backorder. I should have been notified of this much sooner, as soon as I ordered. Now I am out of a supplement I need. Unacceptable!!!

met my expectations The service was fine. The item I wanted arrived in a timely way, as promised. There are many vitamin & supplement companies. So far, I honestly have no reason to rate Idealvitamins any higher than five or ten other companies. I may do so in the future, but after one purchase, how can I know how exceptional you may be? Honestly? I think this kind of survey is counterproductive for the company, because it is meaningless, and it wastes my time. I suggest you send a survey like this after a number of purchases.

Prices lower on what I buy at several web competitors. When it comes to specific branded products, price and postage paid or are the two top criteria in choosing from whom to order. You prices on products I order are higher than several of your competitors. Off hand, I don't recall if you pay postage or not. Even if your price is the same (or even a tad lower), postage paid makes a difference.

Slowest shipping ever. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still no product! I'm terribly disappointed by this transaction. I was thrilled to see a one stop shop that had everything I needed at a reasonable price. But I ordered two weeks ago and still haven't received anything! In this day in age, that's completely unacceptable.
