Slowest shipping ever. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still no product! I'm terribly disappointed by this transaction. I was thrilled to see a one stop shop that had everything I needed at a reasonable price. But I ordered two weeks ago and still haven't received anything! In this day in age, that's completely unacceptable.

Nervous System Maintainance I been a person who participated in a surgery of the knee, concerning my cartilage. Supplements were slow to arrive, but dealing with customer service was good. Ideal Vitamins had good prices on the items I wanted, but it took longer than expected to receive them. Apparently one of the products wasn't available right away because of something going on at the manufacturer's end of things. I placed a couple of calls at different times to customer service. Though I had to leave a message all but one of those times, they gave me friendly, courteous service when a rep spoke with me.

Prices lower on what I buy at several web competitors. When it comes to specific branded products, price and postage paid or are the two top criteria in choosing from whom to order. You prices on products I order are higher than several of your competitors. Off hand, I don't recall if you pay postage or not. Even if your price is the same (or even a tad lower), postage paid makes a difference.
