I have had pretty good experiences in… I have had pretty good experiences in the past but my recent order still hasn't shipped. Per the website "Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via EMS with tracking and drop-off with signature" I paid on 5/26 and it's now 6/4 so 9 days so far. I'll probably change my review when it arrives but not happy so far.

Listen to all these one star reviews!! I ordered a week ago. Spend 117 (that’s including shipping which should be 2-6days from order date) and they said it will arrive soon, keep saying it was processed. Then today 9/15/23 I got an email saying “Order processed” and I responded asking for a tracking number or what postal service they use. They said “soon”. Then I emailed them not to scam people anymore. The email reply was “We don’t scam. You’ll see that within a week”. Sure you don’t. I wish I looked at these reviews before I bought something.

Beware!!!! My order was held up. I contacted 24-7 and they said I had it taken care of. After 5 days there was still no movement of my order. Person at 24-7 stated I needed to contact the person at some strange phone number and give them my SSN and/or Tax ID # to have my order released and shipped. I contacted the shipper and was informed they never need that information to ship an order. I let the person at 24-7 know I am not giving out that info to someone I do not know and told them I also spoke with the shipper and that info is not needed to ship an order. I asked 24-7 to refund my money and have yet to see any refund. This person seems to be trying to get personal information in order to try and steal your identity. Be leery of doing business with them.
