DKPoor customer service and extreme delivery times since fall 2019 I have now experienced, 2 times since the fall, an unacceptably long delivery time from the company. They have a 1000 different excuses. And right now it is the tasteless Corona apology :-(, where they uses the serious health crisis as the reason for lack of delivery, despite the fact that my current order is from before the crisis started and they have have already withdrawn the money from my card (not just reserved but withdrawn). I do not know what has happened in the company for the past six months, but for now i advise others to consider their orders. The only message for costumer service at the moment is that they don't know when shipment will take place.

DEEfficient and friendly to non-Germans I don't speak German and the website is very friendly. It took 3 days for the medicament to arrive and it was very well packaged.

SELoss of money and disappointment I bought medicine that must be kept cold and transported in a fridge but they sent it by ordinary mail so it's been traveling around for almost a week in room temperature! 200EUR wasted! I absolutely don't recommend them!

HUNo customer service. There are many and better alternatives I wrote a typo in the shipping address and hung 30 minutes on the phone line without an answer. The email address they provide apparently doesn't answer requests. Therefore you can only write the a fax or a letter or visit them personally. I had to cancel my order and they lost revenue due to lacking customer service.
