GBGood but not Great PupJoy has the most customizable boxes of any other company I have seen thus far, combined with the fact that their customer service team is amazing makes for one great company! However, they received a 3/5 because I do think their toy only boxes are a little lacking, the antler was tiny, the every day toys are often rubber or another hard plastic thats easily destroyed. Their saving grace is that usually theres one great toy and a pretty cool "accessory" in the box as well but considering that theres only 3 toys total I have been disappointed in the quality and type of toy. As far as companies that provide toy only boxes I think I'll stay with PupJoy but if I didn't need this option I might be tempted by the larger (and cheaper) boxes of other companies. As I said though their customer service is great, and customization is key! If they were to add some more usable toys (rubber lasts a second before I have to toss it with even the lightest chewers), I would love this company so much more!

CAPup loved the box! My dog was so excited to receive the Pupbox. It came with a decent amount of toys, chews and treats. My pup isn't a heavy chewer, but the included toys seem like they would be pretty durable. I liked that you could also customize the box fully including size, type of items etc. Pupjoy is like Christmas once a month.

GBBest Dog Subscription Service Ever! I LOVE PupJoy's dog box subscription service. So much better than other competitors (including BarkBox) in so many ways! All natural products, locally sourced, convenience, supports other small businesses, this company is just the best! They have so many options to fit your pups specific wants and needs. Not to mention, the customer service is the best I've come across. Can not say enough good about this service.

GBGreat products for dogs Flexible subscriptions. Quality dog toys unlike many of the monthly dog subscriptions. My dog has a protein intolerance and I was able to customize her box based on her needs.

GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. I received my first and my last box. prior to receiving this box I spoke on the phone with an agent and explained what I needed. I explained my 4 month Maltese is a teacup 4.8 lbs and teething. I explained she needs size appropriate toys and rawhide bones what I received was a toy with a tennis ball attached to it that is too big for my tiny puppy when I told them how Upset I was and sent them my YouTube video review which I did between pupjoy and barkbox. Barkbox scored a 4 because my puppy found their toys more engaging. Pupjoy scored a 1 because for $31 I received two lame toys one was too big not one chew bone or rawhide. After I sent them my review they emailed me back So sorry Zoe didn't like her box will cancel your subscription you should take her to the store and pick out her bo es and toys. Nowhere did they ask what can we do to make you and Zoe happy. They didn't even try. To chat with one of their agents is close to impossible lucky for me I had their email But after that rude response I have no interest in remaining a customer I gave them 1 star poor customer service worthless toys.Barkbox scored a 4 and I have 0 doubt Pupbox will also surpass Pupjoy
