Good but not Great PupJoy has the most customizable boxes of any other company I have seen thus far, combined with the fact that their customer service team is amazing makes for one great company! However, they received a 3/5 because I do think their toy only boxes are a little lacking, the antler was tiny, the every day toys are often rubber or another hard plastic thats easily destroyed. Their saving grace is that usually theres one great toy and a pretty cool "accessory" in the box as well but considering that theres only 3 toys total I have been disappointed in the quality and type of toy. As far as companies that provide toy only boxes I think I'll stay with PupJoy but if I didn't need this option I might be tempted by the larger (and cheaper) boxes of other companies. As I said though their customer service is great, and customization is key! If they were to add some more usable toys (rubber lasts a second before I have to toss it with even the lightest chewers), I would love this company so much more!

Great value and fun products for pooch! ❤️ The opportunity to receive monthly items to spoil our dog without taking a hit in the wallet. Our pup has thoroughly enjoyed almost every product that has been shipped. Honey looks forward to her monthly shipment !

Awesome, quality products we can trust everytime We originally had used a competitor but found the quality of the product declined. We decided to try PupJoy and have been very happy with the high quality, focused to our request items we receive. The biggest compliment I can give is that we changed our subscription from a 3 month to a 6 month rolling so as to indicate our happiness with this company John C

PupJoy is a joy! Every month my dog, Coco, knows when his box arrives in the mail. Maybe he remembers what it looks like. Maybe it smells of doggie yumminess. I don't know, but even the mailman gets a smile from Coco's enthusiasm when he sees his box mixed amongst other packages. Coco hasn't met a PupJoy treat he hasn't wanted to devour or a toy that didn't capture his playful attention. His favorite has been a ball made of all recycled tires. I'm not sure that Coco cares about the recycling part (his mom does)...but the ball evidently bounces perfectly and squeaks just like he likes it. As a fur baby mom, PupJoy makes me feel good about the quality of treats and toys I give to Coco. Additionally, I love that they support small, local companies. PupJoy delivery day is a great day around here!

Pup loved the box! My dog was so excited to receive the Pupbox. It came with a decent amount of toys, chews and treats. My pup isn't a heavy chewer, but the included toys seem like they would be pretty durable. I liked that you could also customize the box fully including size, type of items etc. Pupjoy is like Christmas once a month.
