GBTerrible Customer Service -- Taking My Business Elsewhere I have used NeilMed's sinus rinse kits for over 15 years. Sinus rinses in general were recommended by my ENT for my allergies and I happened to pick this Neil Med brand. Over the years it helped wash out irritants from my sinuses and prevented sinus infections (I also use a nasal spray for allergies). A couple of months ago, however, a defective bottle came with a kit I purchased. I e-mailed the company and got a response that they would send me a replacement bottle for free but never heard back after I provided them with my purchase date, place of purchase, and other info. I e-mailed follow-ups to them twice to no avail. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau for northern CA who reached out to their current president. She was given 2 weeks to respond. But, no response. It's not the cost of the product that I have issue with -- it's the very poor customer service and not making good on replacing a clearly defective product. There are many other similar products on the market by their competitors. I am taking my business elsewhere.

GBPurchased items for over a week now and… Purchased items for over a week now and haven’t heard nothing from your shippers to date.Am traveling with the items coming Wednesday and when I call customer service they give me wrong tracking number and promise to call back but to no avail,I should have rather bought it through AmazoN

GBI can't believe NeilMed have done this! I can't believe NeilMed have done this! I've had a pulsating Sinugator for several years. I can't remember where I bought it, but it was probably from a seller on Ebay. The product is great for treating sinus problems associated with having a tooth abcess (the reason I first bought it), and early-season hayfever (which I have acquired as I got older). What I do is use boiled buffered water (using NeilMed's premixed sachets, which I buy on Ebay), then stir in a teaspoon of Manuka honey, and irrigate when it has cooled down. Recently, I dropped the Sinugator, and the small shaft which connects the nozzle to the body snapped off. I contacted NeilMed on the off chance they could supply the part - it seemed a shame to have to bin the body, which was working fine, just because of the nozzle. They asked me for my name and address. I fully expected and was prepared to have to pay for the part if it was available (their site points out they don't sell spares, but to contact them and ask). If it wasn't - and I honestly assumed that it wouldn't be - I would have readily just bought another. It seems from the emails I've received today that they are just sending me a whole unit. They most definitely didn't have to do that, and the possibility that they might had not even crossed my mind. Even just the spare part being sent would be service beyond what I expected. But this is way beyond. Thanks, NeilMed.

GBThere was very little communication on… There was very little communication on delivery ,& the bottle is a bit on the expensive side. Other than that your products are very effective in dealing with my health issues. Since starting using the nose rinse I have had no infections for years. So don’t let the side down by a bad delivery system.
