I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. yes this company it’s very bad yes this company it’s very bad , I order from two months and they don’t give to my any information about my shipment!! Even though you connect they told that cannot give a tracking number, They are the worst in the whole worlds.

Fake free delivery!!! I bought a brush set from sigma beauty and it was free shipping offer to the U.K. on my purchase .My order delivered by FedEx but soon after they I have been charged £22.25 by FedEx for something called tax and duty for international shipping!! I bought many products from the U.S but that’s the first time I have to pay taxes for my delivery. I believe if Sigma beauty offers free shipping, they have to pay for everything and if not, they have to let the costumer know that there will be a hidden charge waiting for you after shopping from out side the U.S. I am very disappointed with there service and never want to buy anything else from them.

Did not recive order. I ordered brushes 3 weeks ago. They have not responded to my email. and when I try to check the status of my order. It keeps saying ‘not the correct order number’. One of the worst service and I wouldn’t buy anything from them next time.
