Worse than covid in my opinion What a horrible experience First of all company doesn’t take any responsibility unlike everlane and other American brands who actually care about customers and refund the full amount paid in Aud and doesn’t push it to Australian banks To take the hit for exchange rates decreasing when considering refunds. Then they continue to blast you with heaps of Intrusive spam emails full of 10% discount codes and every time you click unsubscribe the page won’t load. Basically they will keep harassing you for months and months and flood your inbox ** WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP I DONT EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD IT WAS A REGULAR DEBIT CARD**

Keep your lies and dishonest apologies. I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Fake free delivery!!! I bought a brush set from sigma beauty and it was free shipping offer to the U.K. on my purchase .My order delivered by FedEx but soon after they I have been charged £22.25 by FedEx for something called tax and duty for international shipping!! I bought many products from the U.S but that’s the first time I have to pay taxes for my delivery. I believe if Sigma beauty offers free shipping, they have to pay for everything and if not, they have to let the costumer know that there will be a hidden charge waiting for you after shopping from out side the U.S. I am very disappointed with there service and never want to buy anything else from them.
