Outrageous Fees Poor Service The delivery has been delayed multiple times and the customs fees were outrageous. I still have not received my package. The only saving grace is how deeply discounted the brushes were. If I had paid full price I would be absolutely livid. The product is fantastic but if you are in Canada purchase the brushes from the Bay and not the Sigma website.

Keep your lies and dishonest apologies. I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Did not recive order. I ordered brushes 3 weeks ago. They have not responded to my email. and when I try to check the status of my order. It keeps saying ‘not the correct order number’. One of the worst service and I wouldn’t buy anything from them next time.

Fake free delivery!!! I bought a brush set from sigma beauty and it was free shipping offer to the U.K. on my purchase .My order delivered by FedEx but soon after they I have been charged £22.25 by FedEx for something called tax and duty for international shipping!! I bought many products from the U.S but that’s the first time I have to pay taxes for my delivery. I believe if Sigma beauty offers free shipping, they have to pay for everything and if not, they have to let the costumer know that there will be a hidden charge waiting for you after shopping from out side the U.S. I am very disappointed with there service and never want to buy anything else from them.

DONT ORDER! Save your money! If i could give a 0 star I would. They provide no insurance on packages shopp if anything happens they are relentlessly saying they are not refunding or replacing. Absolutely terrible customer service. The result is no difference in these brushes anas at these prices just buy MAC or high end.
