Did not recive order. I ordered brushes 3 weeks ago. They have not responded to my email. and when I try to check the status of my order. It keeps saying ‘not the correct order number’. One of the worst service and I wouldn’t buy anything from them next time.

Sigma offered free shipping for $150 … Sigma offered free shipping for $150 order and i made sure to purchased that much and repeat some items just to get that free shipping since i am a makeup artist i can wont have a problem using them, but oh my gosh! I ddnt receive my package and its already been 2 mos! The only answer u get from Them is its 'untrackable'.

I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Worse than covid in my opinion What a horrible experience First of all company doesn’t take any responsibility unlike everlane and other American brands who actually care about customers and refund the full amount paid in Aud and doesn’t push it to Australian banks To take the hit for exchange rates decreasing when considering refunds. Then they continue to blast you with heaps of Intrusive spam emails full of 10% discount codes and every time you click unsubscribe the page won’t load. Basically they will keep harassing you for months and months and flood your inbox ** WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP I DONT EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD IT WAS A REGULAR DEBIT CARD**

yes this company it’s very bad yes this company it’s very bad , I order from two months and they don’t give to my any information about my shipment!! Even though you connect they told that cannot give a tracking number, They are the worst in the whole worlds.
