I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Keep your lies and dishonest apologies.

GBOrder is stuck in processing mode! Order is stuck in processing mode!! No customer service number is provided on their website. I sent an email inquiring about the delayed shipping. However, Sigma does not respond!! I got scammed!! Update: upon reading their response, SHIPPING an order in 10 business days is absurd! RECEIVING an order in 10 business days is bad enough! In addition, this extensive delay is not stated on the website. It clearly states 5-7 business days (also a dreadful wait time). Next time, I will have to check out Amazon!

AUDO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I used to be a fan of their brushes but I will never order from them again!! My order was marked delivered and signed for by FedEx but I was home at time if alleged delivery and I never received it!! It said signed for so that’s impossible. FedEx tracking said it was” Delivered to address other than recipient”!! I asked them to lodge a claim with FedEx because only the seller can, I lodged a missing package report. They didn’t do it so I raised a PayPal dispute. They told me to escalate it to a claim. Probably knowing from past experience they’d win because it wouldn’t be investigated properly - since the tracking says delivered. I lost the dispute and $107.

AUMy experience is 5 star My experience is 5 star, I read reviews about their delivery and it was all bad and negative . I ordered few items and I got delivery in 5-6 days( non- trackable) which is pretty fast from America -to Australia. This is fantastic customer service . I just want to say that please DO NOT always rely on bad reviews. Some people can have bad experience but it's not for all. They even replied pretty fast to my email. Thank you Sigma and keep up the great service.

GBDONT ORDER! Save your money! If i could give a 0 star I would. They provide no insurance on packages shopp if anything happens they are relentlessly saying they are not refunding or replacing. Absolutely terrible customer service. The result is no difference in these brushes anas at these prices just buy MAC or high end.
