I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I used to be a fan of their brushes but I will never order from them again!! My order was marked delivered and signed for by FedEx but I was home at time if alleged delivery and I never received it!! It said signed for so that’s impossible. FedEx tracking said it was” Delivered to address other than recipient”!! I asked them to lodge a claim with FedEx because only the seller can, I lodged a missing package report. They didn’t do it so I raised a PayPal dispute. They told me to escalate it to a claim. Probably knowing from past experience they’d win because it wouldn’t be investigated properly - since the tracking says delivered. I lost the dispute and $107.

They responded quickly and were polite and extremely efficient in their understanding and handling of the matter in both occasions. Top score for customer service, by far.
