Did not recive order. I ordered brushes 3 weeks ago. They have not responded to my email. and when I try to check the status of my order. It keeps saying ‘not the correct order number’. One of the worst service and I wouldn’t buy anything from them next time.

I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back. Sigma offered free shipping for $150 … Sigma offered free shipping for $150 order and i made sure to purchased that much and repeat some items just to get that free shipping since i am a makeup artist i can wont have a problem using them, but oh my gosh! I ddnt receive my package and its already been 2 mos! The only answer u get from Them is its 'untrackable'.

Great products, shipping process could be improved First ever order with Sigma, I ordered the palette vault (4x eyeshadow palettes) which wasnt available at the UK stockists at a really good price over black friday and selected untracked shipping. After reading these reviews I was worried my order wouldnt show up, and it did take a while (to be fair it was over the xmas and NY period) but my order arrived in excellent condition and no extra customs charges were applied (I'm in the UK). The products themselves are stunning, my only constructive criticism would be that I can't understand why such a large successful brand are even still offering untracked shipping in 2021 (and more to the point charging so much for tracked shipping) when other much more affordable stateside companies (like Colourpop) give you tracked shipping as a given? I feel like tracked shipping for all orders would eliminate a lot of customer complaints? Anyway, really happy I grabbed the palette vault but will look to order Sigma products from a UK retailer that stocks them in future to avoid wait times/worry it wont arrive.

These brushes are not worth the price! These brushes are not worth the price. They have a new sale every week. They claim to want innovative and inexpensive products. Rather than the constant flash sales have lower prices...!? CS is a joke. They are completely unhelpful, vague . unprofessional and disengenuine! Stop the fake apologizing! Little info--they are made and sold in CHINA, therefore they canNOT be cruelty free as they claim.
