Sigma offered free shipping for $150 … Sigma offered free shipping for $150 order and i made sure to purchased that much and repeat some items just to get that free shipping since i am a makeup artist i can wont have a problem using them, but oh my gosh! I ddnt receive my package and its already been 2 mos! The only answer u get from Them is its 'untrackable'.

My experience is 5 star My experience is 5 star, I read reviews about their delivery and it was all bad and negative . I ordered few items and I got delivery in 5-6 days( non- trackable) which is pretty fast from America -to Australia. This is fantastic customer service . I just want to say that please DO NOT always rely on bad reviews. Some people can have bad experience but it's not for all. They even replied pretty fast to my email. Thank you Sigma and keep up the great service.

Pleasantly surprised! Put in an order for the Ultimate Blending Brush Set and the F80 brush on February 1 during some absolutely insane sales. Sigma sets usually cost $100+ AUD so this was an absolute steal. Read some awful reviews about their shipping from many websites. From here, Reddit, other review websites etc. Saw some posters have waited up to 3+ months. I wasn't really in a rush so didn't expect much in terms of shipping speed. Thought I could wait until end of March. Imagine my surprise and delight to see it arrived today! A great experience so far. So happy with my purchases

Keep your lies and dishonest apologies. I placed 4 large purchases in one month, three had issues and two of those were missing items by bait-switch deals to which they had no intentions in fulfilling. Thank you Sigma. I see your true colors. All around gross mismanagement. Thank you, but no thank you. I'll take my business elsewhere. Oh, another thing I unsubscribed and somehow still received a "Come Back, we miss you" email offering 15% off on the next purchase. If you honored your deals, I would gladly be back.
