GBIncompetent Incompetent, incapable. Alto bought our old pharmacy. Since then we've been unable to get prescriptions. I'm not even sure how this company is in business at all.

GBUsed to be great, but really the worst now They really were the best a year ago, but their service has gotten horrible. More than an hour wait to get through to a phone agent, and my last 10 interactions through online chat were completely ignored or had wrong information. I can't get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They were great when I switched, but I'm going to switch to a mail order pharmacy or Safeway now. Too bad they just don't seem to care. I let my doctor know too since they were recommending them as well

GBWorst pharmacy ever if you take regular medications I was introduced to Alto through my doctors office and figured I would give them a try since my local Walgreens had gone downhill. I had no idea how good I had it. Alto is the most frustrating company I have ever worked with. Customer service is almost non existent. Bots answer their messages so all you get back is form information that has nothing to do with your concern. I am a diabetic and taking my medication regularly is of vital importance and I have never had so many disruptions in my medications as I have had since dealing with this company the last 2 months. They are quite literally putting my health at risk. Working now to move all of my prescriptions from this awful company and be done with them forever. This company is a danger to those who need regular medications, 100% do not recommend.

GBDelivers but Poor Customer Service I'm writing this on behalf of my parents and myself. We enjoy the convenience of delivery but customer service is nonexistent. My parents have tried calling on several occasions and there is seemingly no way to navigate to a human. We're continuing to use the service just because they need medication delivered. They cannot drive.

GBfailure to do a normal follow-through on new scrip I had my endocrinologist write a new scrip and Alto has failed to follow through, ruining my day yet again. The pharmacist that contacted me is a terrifically poor communicator, to the extent I don't quite grasp what's going on. At best I'm waiting another week, but if I'm going to have to "reach out" to the clinic behind a person's inexplicable comfort level _problem_ with following through normally, I'm just going to have my endo send the scrip to Walgreens. Ridiculous. AVOID.
