Used the chat feature to reach out several times, which resulted in a bot advising me that the doctor had been delayed by a previous appointment. Asked for a call from a human, which resulted in being told that my feedback would be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor. When I asked for a name I was told Sarae would call me. No one ever called.
