GBSorry but my experience has been… Sorry but my experience has been negative, after completing the registration process and provide payment, I waited, and waited online for a doctor, and waited, and waited, notified someone would be with me in 5 minutes, 4 minutes, 3, 2, 1, then it would reset and state, they have stepped away and will be you shortly, and would go though this process over and over, while I was on with support team, who wasn’t able to resolve this blatant lack of care for a new customer...

GBGarbage service Garbage service. Money is charged in FULL before appointment us even scheduled. Folks, this is not a buisness standard. They are not "checking to see your funds are available." Its a credit card. At most you get that $1 charge that happenes and gets reversed. Which actually happened...then FULL charge. So they lied. Two seperate numbers that dont say heally or indicaMD which was the site I signed up on Had good reviews but now I am suspecting that thise were bots. Worst thing is that I cannot stop a "pending transaction." Something is really off anout all of this. AVOID

GBThis company is just absolutely awful This company is just absolutely awful. They will harass you for information that you’ve already submitted, which begs to question where did the originals go? I’m currently having to file charges with my bank in an attempt to get my money back. They allowed my license to expire despite filing two weeks before the expiration date. I tried to get a hold of them all day today and got nothing until I informed them I’m filing fraud charges against my bank with them. I then get a phone call saying it’s the doctors fault I have to wait at least 24 hours for information back from him. You cannot call these people, and the chat feature is a joke. Do not do this to yourself! I now have no way to get my medical marijuana since I was having to have it delivered. I’m just hoping I get my $300 back.

GBloved it, lived next door to san mateo pooped in, saw a wonderful doctor on video from fresno and then got my card and stamped letter ( you need stamped for san jose) in minutes super fast, and painless

GBWaited for two hours for the scheduled… Waited for two hours for the scheduled call from Dr. Chen. Used the chat feature to reach out several times, which resulted in a bot advising me that the doctor had been delayed by a previous appointment. Asked for a call from a human, which resulted in being told that my feedback would be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor. When I asked for a name I was told Sarae would call me. No one ever called.
