Money taken out of the account, no delivery!!! I placed the order on 30th September, I got a confirmation that the money was taken from my account. I checked with my bank and the money was taken out from my account. I called 5 times already and the delivery was not made!!!! Nobody can tell me either that the delivery will be made or that a full refund has been processed!

Nothing received. i made a purchase and it appears my package was never shipped. i sent several emails over the span of 2 days which i never received a reply to. i called the customer care number twice both times the operator asking me to leave my details and assuring me someone would get back to. this never happened. nor was i offered a refund. very unprofessional. as things stand i have have had money taken from my account and can not get in touch with anyone regarding why my package has not been sent or a refund. so ive pretty much been conned out of my money. there are many other pharmacist companies that are very reliable, this is not one of them. if you value your money then do not purchase from this website.
