ITVery good service I ordered twice on Medcare2go and it is all going good. Fast delivery to Italy. Very satisfied.

GBDelivery delayed, but good service in the end Delivery was slower than expected (ordered 10th March, delivered 21st March), but I'm now satisfied this wasn't the fault of Medcare2go. They assured me that they had pushed the order to the distributor, and this turned out to be the case. For whatever reason, this distributor took more than a week to dispatch the order, instead of the promised 24 hours. In the end, I'm satisfied with the trustworthiness of the website and the overall quality and value of the service/product, but I would suggest that they work with their distributor network to ensure better communication whenever a delivery is delayed by more than a few days. Just an email to say "shipment delayed" for Reason X would have been enough. On the plus side, prices are very reasonable compared to other vendors, the website is well-organised, and the ordering process was extremely easy with the option to use Paypal as a payment method for additional security. Except for the delay, the overall experience was good.
