Be different if stores all over...now they just ripping us off.

Good experience… Just started ordering from Ulta online the last couple of weeks. Love my new products. It was so easy to order and very fast shipping and I received exactly what I ordered. Plus they sent me a lot of free samples. Thank you so much. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but for me, so far so good. LOVE all my free samples.

They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help?
