Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Awful customer service. Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.
