GBEvery time I’ve been into the goleta… Every time I’ve been into the goleta Ulta store there are 4 employees talking up front, no one on floor. When I went and asked if someone could show me where the eyelash curler was, she didn’t even know. Very messy store lacking customer service. trans #5866 Yaritza Very disappointing!

GBUlta Makes Fun of Customers My daughter went to the Ulta store in Springfield, IL. She will NEVER go back. The staff at said store MADE FUN OF HER. Bunch of creeps, didn't even hide it! Do not go there. They have NO respect for customers. I will never purchase anything there again. No purchases online either. I'll also tell everyone I know about it. Ulta should be ashamed.

GBStopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.

The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasn’t about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much. GBAwful customer service. Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.
