Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.

The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasn’t about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much. Good experience… Just started ordering from Ulta online the last couple of weeks. Love my new products. It was so easy to order and very fast shipping and I received exactly what I ordered. Plus they sent me a lot of free samples. Thank you so much. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but for me, so far so good. LOVE all my free samples.
