Website and chat suck After 30 minutes trying to purchase online, and 30 minutes of useless "chat" online "help" they "hung up" on me. Fine. If your website and online "specialist" doesn't want me to purchase at Ulta, I wont.

I need to exchange something, and the Manager Andrea, the Assistance Manager George y the lead cashier Amelia, do the job with love, professionalist, and the best can do. Good experience… Just started ordering from Ulta online the last couple of weeks. Love my new products. It was so easy to order and very fast shipping and I received exactly what I ordered. Plus they sent me a lot of free samples. Thank you so much. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but for me, so far so good. LOVE all my free samples.
