The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. I'm never going there again I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.
