I opened the top and saw strum around the top gathered and not coming out. This was a defective unit. It’s refused any compensation. Unhappy customer

Recently had self tanner sent and bottle broken to beyond use...well closest store over 3 hours away and several hundred miles away I'd spend be spending more in shipping vs. Cost of product...talk about low ass service. Be different if stores all over...now they just ripping us off.

Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.
