GBAwful customer service. Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.

GBUlta Makes Fun of Customers My daughter went to the Ulta store in Springfield, IL. She will NEVER go back. The staff at said store MADE FUN OF HER. Bunch of creeps, didn't even hide it! Do not go there. They have NO respect for customers. I will never purchase anything there again. No purchases online either. I'll also tell everyone I know about it. Ulta should be ashamed.

GBGood experience… Just started ordering from Ulta online the last couple of weeks. Love my new products. It was so easy to order and very fast shipping and I received exactly what I ordered. Plus they sent me a lot of free samples. Thank you so much. I don't know what everyone is complaining about but for me, so far so good. LOVE all my free samples.

The young ladies name KENDRA Beauty advisor, and I love the fact that she knew your products and told me just what I needed very nice. Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasn’t about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much. GBWebsite and chat suck After 30 minutes trying to purchase online, and 30 minutes of useless "chat" online "help" they "hung up" on me. Fine. If your website and online "specialist" doesn't want me to purchase at Ulta, I wont.
