GBFilthy Filthy, unkempt, unsanitary conditions abound at the Ulta Beauty, at the Rim, in San Antonio, Texas. Furthermore, their stylists are unkind, unaccountable, and VERY passive aggressive. They strike me as envious, miserable people who are desperate to pull trusting clients down to their very low level. My hair was given an unasked for horizontal stripe by Alonzo, and it took Chandra three appointments to do what 10 minutes with a competent stylist would have solved, if she had actually tried. The selfishness of these people astounds me. The last time I was there, I was harassed for using fresh, clean puppy pads to act as a barrier between my service dog and their filth. Additionally, the stylists are poorly socialized, and spend the entire time talking about themselves, cutting off customers, and acting like a swarm of narcissistic brats.

GBUlta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

GBSo they no longer accept returns but in… So they no longer accept returns but in store. Recently had self tanner sent and bottle broken to beyond use...well closest store over 3 hours away and several hundred miles away I'd spend be spending more in shipping vs. Cost of product...talk about low ass service. Be different if stores all over...now they just ripping us off.

GBI'm never going there again I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.
