USThis place is a joke This place is a joke. I looked them up online, went to there site, called them and made a appointment for my daughters hair amd makeup. Today I went to go on their website and I am blocked lol. Who does that! You block a customer who has a appointment with you next month for no reason mind you. I booked my daughters appointment somewhere else and the best thing about it is I can't cancel the appointment because I'm blocked from their website. I honestly can't be bothered with calling them since I'm blocked for no reason. They will find out we ain't coming at the time of the appointment. Why should I be professional when they are not. I don't see this place staying in business with the reviews they have and the way they block PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I tried to speak to their virtual assistant and can't even to that, probably because they have me blocked. Blocking people who are paying you money for a service isn't a good idea, especially when the person blocked did absolutely nothing but support your business.

USFilthy Filthy, unkempt, unsanitary conditions abound at the Ulta Beauty, at the Rim, in San Antonio, Texas. Furthermore, their stylists are unkind, unaccountable, and VERY passive aggressive. They strike me as envious, miserable people who are desperate to pull trusting clients down to their very low level. My hair was given an unasked for horizontal stripe by Alonzo, and it took Chandra three appointments to do what 10 minutes with a competent stylist would have solved, if she had actually tried. The selfishness of these people astounds me. The last time I was there, I was harassed for using fresh, clean puppy pads to act as a barrier between my service dog and their filth. Additionally, the stylists are poorly socialized, and spend the entire time talking about themselves, cutting off customers, and acting like a swarm of narcissistic brats.

USI bough a Drunk Elephant strum from… I bough a Drunk Elephant syrum from Ulta. I used it for a while then it stopped dispensing the strum. I thought it was finished. I opened the top and saw strum around the top gathered and not coming out. This was a defective unit. It’s refused any compensation. Unhappy customer

USI'm never going there again I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.

USIncomplete shipment and false advertisement Ulta does not fulfill customer’s order to completeness. I had the worst experience. Promotion with gifts items and paid items are missing in mu order and ulta will not resend them to customers. They will just give a gift card with the value way less than what the gifts values supposed to be. I did not receive what was confirmed on the receipt which is very disappointing, feeling like it was false advertisement and scams. When a customer purchase the products with promotion, they already take into account if their purchase is worth the amount they pay for, so when ulta not fulfilling the order as promised that’s basically a scam. I would never trust Ulta again. This is how they loose valuable customers.
