Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.

Frauds who steal your money This is the worst website to shop. Avoid at all cost. They declined my credit card upon checkout and the amount has been charged 3 times on my card and there is no purchases made on my purchase history. Better buy from Sephora

I need to exchange something, and the Manager Andrea, the Assistance Manager George y the lead cashier Amelia, do the job with love, professionalist, and the best can do. Awful customer service. Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.
