Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Gave me the Customer service that I love you can tell she like doing her job because she knew her her make up very well, I will be going back there. We need more young people like her representing us proudly and taking the time to learn the products and it wasn’t about just making a sale even though I bought a bunch of stuff her advice I got home and I love it perfect shade and everything , thank you very much.
