Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help?
