I need to exchange something, and the Manager Andrea, the Assistance Manager George y the lead cashier Amelia, do the job with love, professionalist, and the best can do. Website and chat suck After 30 minutes trying to purchase online, and 30 minutes of useless "chat" online "help" they "hung up" on me. Fine. If your website and online "specialist" doesn't want me to purchase at Ulta, I wont.

Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Awful customer service. Awful customer service. Haven’t been able to place order online for months now, due to payment not being accepted. Tried multiple different cards, Paypal, apple pay, which used to work just fine months ago, but now due to some issue on Ulta’s end they don’t work. Contacted customer support who said they elevated the issue to their technical support team. Well, it’s been a month and they haven’t reached back at all to even try to fix the issue.

Recently had self tanner sent and bottle broken to beyond use...well closest store over 3 hours away and several hundred miles away I'd spend be spending more in shipping vs. Cost of product...talk about low ass service. Be different if stores all over...now they just ripping us off.
