Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.

Unable to buy things online for 4+ month! Guest services has no clue what they are doing and are no help! I have been unable to buy things online for I think around 4+ months now. Originally I kept being told to try the same steppes over over again even though they were pointless and did absolutely nothing. I've tried using three different payment methods as well as having tried the app, phone browsers on 3 different phone, a computer, and even going into the store to see if a cashier could order an item online for me and my account cannot be used to make an online or pickup in store order. This is the main way I shop due to working over 60hrs a week. Most recently they sent me an email "confirming" my problem had been solved, still have the exact same issue. They clearly have no clue what they are doing. Planning on using my points then switching back to Sephora.

I need to exchange something, and the Manager Andrea, the Assistance Manager George y the lead cashier Amelia, do the job with love, professionalist, and the best can do. I am extremelly happy, and recomended that store in Dania Beach. Thanks !!!! Tina

Filthy Filthy, unkempt, unsanitary conditions abound at the Ulta Beauty, at the Rim, in San Antonio, Texas. Furthermore, their stylists are unkind, unaccountable, and VERY passive aggressive. They strike me as envious, miserable people who are desperate to pull trusting clients down to their very low level. My hair was given an unasked for horizontal stripe by Alonzo, and it took Chandra three appointments to do what 10 minutes with a competent stylist would have solved, if she had actually tried. The selfishness of these people astounds me. The last time I was there, I was harassed for using fresh, clean puppy pads to act as a barrier between my service dog and their filth. Additionally, the stylists are poorly socialized, and spend the entire time talking about themselves, cutting off customers, and acting like a swarm of narcissistic brats.

This place is a joke This place is a joke. I looked them up online, went to there site, called them and made a appointment for my daughters hair amd makeup. Today I went to go on their website and I am blocked lol. Who does that! You block a customer who has a appointment with you next month for no reason mind you. I booked my daughters appointment somewhere else and the best thing about it is I can't cancel the appointment because I'm blocked from their website. I honestly can't be bothered with calling them since I'm blocked for no reason. They will find out we ain't coming at the time of the appointment. Why should I be professional when they are not. I don't see this place staying in business with the reviews they have and the way they block PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I tried to speak to their virtual assistant and can't even to that, probably because they have me blocked. Blocking people who are paying you money for a service isn't a good idea, especially when the person blocked did absolutely nothing but support your business.
