Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Frauds who steal your money This is the worst website to shop. Avoid at all cost. They declined my credit card upon checkout and the amount has been charged 3 times on my card and there is no purchases made on my purchase history. Better buy from Sephora

They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help?
