I need to exchange something, and the Manager Andrea, the Assistance Manager George y the lead cashier Amelia, do the job with love, professionalist, and the best can do. Ulta refused to respond to the BBB! The BBB has closed my complaint regarding Ulta Beauty, because Ulta Beauty refuses to respond to the BBB complaint. They have referred me to the Illinois attorney general, because they believe that Ulta Beauty’s behavior rises to the level of criminal activity. Beware.

Ulta Makes Fun of Customers My daughter went to the Ulta store in Springfield, IL. She will NEVER go back. The staff at said store MADE FUN OF HER. Bunch of creeps, didn't even hide it! Do not go there. They have NO respect for customers. I will never purchase anything there again. No purchases online either. I'll also tell everyone I know about it. Ulta should be ashamed.

Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.
