MUFrauds who steal your money This is the worst website to shop. Avoid at all cost. They declined my credit card upon checkout and the amount has been charged 3 times on my card and there is no purchases made on my purchase history. Better buy from Sephora

GBI bough a Drunk Elephant strum from… I bough a Drunk Elephant syrum from Ulta. I used it for a while then it stopped dispensing the strum. I thought it was finished. I opened the top and saw strum around the top gathered and not coming out. This was a defective unit. It’s refused any compensation. Unhappy customer

GBStopped in Ulta at Cookeville......big mistake Stopped in Ulta at Cookeville, Tn. My idea of a store that sells beauty products is one of elegance and class. This store is anything but. They need a dress code for their employees. I am not taking beauty advice from people that look like freaks. This has been an ongoing problem with them for months. Can't they get any better help? The way to stop this nonsense is to STOP shopping there.
Hate Ulta
GBI'm never going there again I'm never going there again. They try to make you feel like cr*p when you say no to their credit card at checkout. They say, "are you sure?" with an incredibly condescending tone and judgmental attitude. Then when you say "no" again (which you shouldn't have to because now it feels like they're badgering you) they say (in a super judgmental tone) "okaaaay, if you say so". OMG. I should have just left my stuff on the counter and walked out. You can tell they are desperate for people to sign up for their credit card and they probably pay their sales people money when they can coerce someone into appying for the credit cared. My daughter was actually coerced into applying because hey hid the truth when they're trying to sell you on the credit card by telling you that you'll save $x dollars if you apply, not $x dollars if you get *approved*. They should tell the truth and not lie to people, especially impressionable young ladies who care about other people.
