Every time I’ve been into the goleta… Every time I’ve been into the goleta Ulta store there are 4 employees talking up front, no one on floor. I bough a Drunk Elephant strum from… I bough a Drunk Elephant syrum from Ulta. I used it for a while then it stopped dispensing the strum. I thought it was finished. I opened the top and saw strum around the top gathered and not coming out. This was a defective unit. It’s refused any compensation. Unhappy customer

Ulta Makes Fun of Customers My daughter went to the Ulta store in Springfield, IL. She will NEVER go back. The staff at said store MADE FUN OF HER. Bunch of creeps, didn't even hide it! Do not go there. They have NO respect for customers. I will never purchase anything there again. No purchases online either. I'll also tell everyone I know about it. Ulta should be ashamed.

Website and chat suck After 30 minutes trying to purchase online, and 30 minutes of useless "chat" online "help" they "hung up" on me. Fine. If your website and online "specialist" doesn't want me to purchase at Ulta, I wont.
