Local Podiatry has full filled its promise about bringing new patients to our office. Our office is bilingual, so we an explanation in Spanish. We also use the program as a training tool for our front desk,as we can listen to all phone calls that come in through. If there is a better way to handle the call it can be discussed. The only issue we have is the software needs to be updated so if a special word or sentence is said it is charged as an appointment. However when I listen to the call and I know it will not turn into an appointment I let local podiatry know and the charge is reversed. Example: A drug rep called and wanted to make an appointment to show a new it. I am sure it was a cold call and he searched local podiatrist.
