GBEAST WAY TO GET NEW BUSINESS Signing up for LocalPodiatry.com was quick and easy. Their expert staff had me up and running in no time with referral's following thereafter. I like the link to screen my patient's I have been billed for as it also allows me to see how my office staff is talking to my prospective new patients.

GBA great way to obtain new patients that rely on the internet for information, location and phone number of practice. Local Podiatry has full filled its promise about bringing new patients to our office. Our office is bilingual, so we an explanation in Spanish. We also use the program as a training tool for our front desk,as we can listen to all phone calls that come in through. If there is a better way to handle the call it can be discussed. The only issue we have is the software needs to be updated so if a special word or sentence is said it is charged as an appointment. However when I listen to the call and I know it will not turn into an appointment I let local podiatry know and the charge is reversed. Example: A drug rep called and wanted to make an appointment to show a new it. I am sure it was a cold call and he searched local podiatrist.

GBmisleading , misinformation this is the second time they pursuit me to sign up with them. The first time I had such a bad experience with them they keep your credit card on file and as they say for potential lead charge you. So I told them upfront that i don't take HMO, medical. So they charged me $200 for 5 calls. One was a sales person try to market his product, one was HMO, another had a knee problem and they were trying to convince her it is related to her foot. When I called it was impossible to get through anyone. I had to cancel my credit card. Then after almost 10 months they approached me again telling me the management of the company has changed and now everything is much more organized and all calls get filter and I wont get charged for HMO, medical patient. I was so hesitant but one the costumer service assured me that it is going to be a much more better experience. Then I got charged again for an HMO patient. When I called they told me sorry they wont give credit for that and the girl told me that the girl who signed up me had misinformed me and she shouldn't have made such a promise that the calls would get filter for HMO. So i ended up cancelling my credit card again.
