GBTerrific resource for new patients! My office has been using this services for several years and we have acquired 100's and 100's of new patients. It is cost effective and their customer support team is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company to any physician interested in expanding their new patient base.

GBOne of the most cost effective ways to promote your practice! At first I was skeptical. But when you have manual call review and can listen to where the calls are coming from it is very cost effective. It takes only a few minutes to listen to the monthly calls and determine the risk/benefits. You can cancel any time. And the customer service is awesome!

GBA great way to obtain new patients that rely on the internet for information, location and phone number of practice. Local Podiatry has full filled its promise about bringing new patients to our office. Our office is bilingual, so we an explanation in Spanish. We also use the program as a training tool for our front desk,as we can listen to all phone calls that come in through. If there is a better way to handle the call it can be discussed. The only issue we have is the software needs to be updated so if a special word or sentence is said it is charged as an appointment. However when I listen to the call and I know it will not turn into an appointment I let local podiatry know and the charge is reversed. Example: A drug rep called and wanted to make an appointment to show a new it. I am sure it was a cold call and he searched local podiatrist.
