THUMBS UP FOR LOCAL PODIATRY! Since we have started using LocalPodiatry.com our business has increased greatly. It is a user friendly service which provides a brief description of our services and our doctor. I would recommend localpodiatry.com to help increase your patient base.

CROOKS Only worth it if you accept every insurance possible. They do not screen calls very effectively, so you get charged for every one. If you are not on all insurance plans, you will lose money. Their customer service is less than desirable. Unfortunately i learned the hard way - - TWICE.

good bang for your buck What I like best is you know exactly what you are paying for and exactly how many patients their service is getting you. There is no guess work. You know to the patient exactly how they are doing for you

Great service - has helped me boost my practice! I was a bit skeptical about signing up to LocalPodiatry as there are tons of online marketing/advertising companies out there which you pay for and don't ever see a benefit. LocalPodiatry has definitely boosted my bottom line (even if not by a dramatic amount) and their customer service has been more than helpful to ensure that I stay satisfied by crediting me for any calls not related to my service. Thanks LocalPodiatry!

A great way to obtain new patients that rely on the internet for information, location and phone number of practice. Local Podiatry has full filled its promise about bringing new patients to our office. Our office is bilingual, so we an explanation in Spanish. We also use the program as a training tool for our front desk,as we can listen to all phone calls that come in through. If there is a better way to handle the call it can be discussed. The only issue we have is the software needs to be updated so if a special word or sentence is said it is charged as an appointment. However when I listen to the call and I know it will not turn into an appointment I let local podiatry know and the charge is reversed. Example: A drug rep called and wanted to make an appointment to show a new it. I am sure it was a cold call and he searched local podiatrist.
