GBThe products and customer service are great! I love great products. I'm very picky about the ingredients in my products so knowing that there was such a resource I could buy quality ingredients at such great prices is phenomenal. When I placed my order, I didn't get everything all at once. There was two separate shipments because some items were on back order. Upon contacting customer service, they were very prompt at getting back with me and letting me know the delivery was in transition. I love to support companies that carry great products and I will continue ordering from this company.

GBDISAPPOINTED i ordered 4 tins of sencha tea at a higher price then i get the same weight at a local tea store, as i wanted to give them as gifts and liked that they were in tins. first i received 2 tins, then a few days later the other 2 HOWEVER THEY WERE IN FOIL BAGS Not only did i pay more for them, but i also paid $5.00 shipping. terrible

Edit: They had email feedback (figured I'd need to call Tuesday), so I used it and got a speedy response. Explanation for huge delay was holidays, so I reckon that caused more delay than I was hoping for. I was given a shipment estimate. Generous rating given for politeness, will update review depending on shipping experience. Second portion shipped on Jan 18, 2013. The last item arrived Jan 25, 2013. The Grinch indeed must have stolen Christmas from this retailer, and he gave it back - over a month later... While they were nice, and I'm grateful that I eventually received everything, I'll be choosing a different retailer next time.
