GBSuch a great experience after a horrible one with another company I recently purchased this supplement with another company online and had a horrible experience. Two weeks after i purchased it, i recieved an email stating that the order would be shipped within the next two days. 3 weeks later I had never recieved my order and emailed them to find out why. 4 days later they wrote back saying something went wrong and they never sent it out. I told them to credit my card back and cancel my order. I started looking for another place to purchase and found your company. Within 24 hours of ordering, i received an email saying my order was confirmed and i got my order within just a few days. THANK YOU so much for being a breath of fresh air! Your company obviously has everything organized! I have reccomended your company to my "support group for new mommies" (over 200 members) so that they can use your company for their lactation supplements as well.

GBpoor customer service. I am in no way happy with this company and will not be ordering from them in the future. They are quick to charge you for the product but EXTREMELY slow to deliver. It has been 3 weeks since I have placed my order and STILL have not received it. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

Edit: They had email feedback (figured I'd need to call Tuesday), so I used it and got a speedy response. Explanation for huge delay was holidays, so I reckon that caused more delay than I was hoping for. I was given a shipment estimate. Generous rating given for politeness, will update review depending on shipping experience. Edit: Full shipment received The shipment was broken up into two orders. One of the items they were to ship was not in stock. First portion shipped on Jan 7, 2013. Second portion shipped on Jan 18, 2013. The last item arrived Jan 25, 2013. The Grinch indeed must have stolen Christmas from this retailer, and he gave it back - over a month later... While they were nice, and I'm grateful that I eventually received everything, I'll be choosing a different retailer next time.
