I say it is UX driven as the experience to load in expenses, create bulk expense reports and submit them is so easy and straightforward. I have used this app over the last two years both on a desktop as well as on mobile and I have to say, this app translates so well with the mobile experience. This is perfect as I am often updating my expenses as I go when on the road for work.

Best Expense Reporting Software I've Used I've used other expense reporting software in the past at other companies and Expensify is EASILY the best and easiest I've used. Using the other softwares, I would hesitate to even submit expenses sometimes because of the hassle and how painful the process was. I would dread submitting and resubmitting expenses. I have not once dreaded using Expensify because it's so simple and quick. I get reimbursed a lot faster as well. If I had to be critical of anything, I guess it would be the receipt scanning functionality can take a little time, but you don't have to sit around waiting on it, so it's not that big a deal. I can just come back after a few minutes and submit.

Expensify is an efficient way to understand where your money goes. Expensify is super easy to use, and more importantly, to customize for your personal needs. In addition, the customer 'Concierge' support is prompt and responds promptly and efficiently to questions. Highly recommended.
