Best Expense Reporting Software I've Used I've used other expense reporting software in the past at other companies and Expensify is EASILY the best and easiest I've used. Using the other softwares, I would hesitate to even submit expenses sometimes because of the hassle and how painful the process was. I would dread submitting and resubmitting expenses. I have not once dreaded using Expensify because it's so simple and quick. I get reimbursed a lot faster as well. If I had to be critical of anything, I guess it would be the receipt scanning functionality can take a little time, but you don't have to sit around waiting on it, so it's not that big a deal. I can just come back after a few minutes and submit.

The phone app takes pictures, receipt scanner fills in the details from receipt photos, pdfs, html pages, almost anything you can think to feed it! The UI is so intuitive, I've never been stuck or confused. WTG Expensify!
