Regarding my resume Mixed experiences with my CV. The original draft which I personally wrote was horrible - so they had a tough time editing, I guess. But since I asked them to edit the CV suitable for ERAS application, I was expecting the descriptions to be less than 1020 characters. But their edited versions did not meet the criteria and I had to re-edit again by myself.

The document was full uncorrected… The document was full uncorrected typos. Also, the editor kept suggesting to change verb tense, then again suggesting writing in active voice. Honestly, if I know all this why would be using and editor? Here are some of the comments in the document: "Earlier you discussed your work in present tense. It all needs to match throughout the document. I recommend going back to the earlier discussion and changing those verbs to past tense. " "If you change the other verb tenses back to present, change this also. " "Do your best to write in active voice. Sometimes we cannot avoid passive voice, or it’s needed, but active is usually stronger. "

At first I was not satisfied with the… At first I was not satisfied with the package I had purchased. After voicing my complaints over the internet chat box on the webpage, David Lombardino called me himself. He walked me through all the issues I was having and continued to work with me and eventually provided me with 2 outstanding personal statements. One of the better investments I made for residency applications

The light at the end of the tunnel I am so grateful with (name). She helped make a daunting task not so daunting. The consultation was so helpful; it helped me feel at ease. I felt more comfortable about my personal statement because she helped me focus on my passions and experiences. Writing my personal statement was easier. Thanks again for your timely responses and all of your help!
