This is a scam This is a scam, I was trying to access a legitimate medical website and this was at the top of my search results. They charged $66.00 to my credit card and then told me that they don't provide service in Canada, and this was after I gave my address. I have an update. After 90 minutes online and by phone I was able to get them to cancel the charges and the account. They still get a 1.

One time service and now paying the price. Never again! I used this service once late at night when I had extreme stomach issues. They never really helped me and then auto signed me up from a recurring charge I never authorized. It was s $50 to just chat online. Scam!!! Trying to cancel before I get charged again $50 for a service I don't even use or have any contact with every money. What a SCAM!! Beware and don't even sign on.

Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option Doesn't appear to be a 0 stars option. Appear to have signed up to something without realising. Judging by other reviews, I'm not alone! Contacting my bank today. Contact your MP guys, unless they are lining their pockets with this scam,

Tricksters Was signed up AUTOMATICALLY to pay £38 a month. Was only aware of this after 6 months. No emails or text messages stating the payment. Disgusting tactics. I was happy with initial service but the management are tricking the customers and will eventually lose the good work of the doctors. No morals.

This is a scam This is a scam - you are baited with a web site that invites you to ask a doctor a question for $1, supposedly, no strings attached. They do this to get your credit card/debit card info. You do get an answer and it seems legit (email answer). But weeks later, they begin nefariously billing your credit card - and they keep billing it monthly for $40 or some random fee, until you notice and cancel your card. If you call or live chat with them, as soon as you say "refund" they disconnect. They claim on their site a Trustpilot rating of 9.5* out of 10*
