Unprofessional Unprofessional, one of the founders has a criminal record involving adolescents and pornography(of his patients mind you), tried to cause people to sell their cryptocurrency(Thought they were doctors not investors?), ran a scam giveaway (I was one of the winners) where no one got their prize, and finally... they are childish, having an online argument much like the phone call scammers do when you call them out.

This is a scam This is a scam, I was trying to access a legitimate medical website and this was at the top of my search results. They charged $66.00 to my credit card and then told me that they don't provide service in Canada, and this was after I gave my address. I have an update. After 90 minutes online and by phone I was able to get them to cancel the charges and the account. They still get a 1.

This is a scam This is a scam - you are baited with a web site that invites you to ask a doctor a question for $1, supposedly, no strings attached. They do this to get your credit card/debit card info. You do get an answer and it seems legit (email answer). But weeks later, they begin nefariously billing your credit card - and they keep billing it monthly for $40 or some random fee, until you notice and cancel your card. If you call or live chat with them, as soon as you say "refund" they disconnect. They claim on their site a Trustpilot rating of 9.5* out of 10*
