Bad Tech Advice Right now I am thoroughly pissed. We have "Medical Guardian" for my wife. She has the smart watch, because it gives her the best mobility options. Twice it has failed (Watch gone completely dead). The first time was corrected by one of the telephone receptionist giving me some un-official task to try. He said the watch probable received a S/W update during the night and didn't reboot properly. He said let it completely discharge, then when you recharge it, it will self reboot, but tech support will be calling me. That action did in fact work, but I am still waiting for Tech Support to contact me over that issue. Now, several month later the watch has gone dead again and will not charge at all. I called customer service and they contacted tech support. Tech support said it was because of my cell carrier not being good enough. My carrier is Verizon and I can see the cell tower from my from door. Beside having his head up his butt, what does the cell have to do with charging? Nothing!! The new solution is the company is sending us a replacement watch. I am getting very disappointed with this company and feeling even worse because we talk my wife's cousin into getting the same services.
