GBReally helpful site After years of prodding, I finally took my doctor’s advice to buy a medical alert system. When I asked him how to go about getting the best one, he said to just go to the websites of the big companies and pick one. Easier said than done. Every company offers different services and different prices; it was so confusing. I was ready to give up until I found Medicalalertcomparison.com. On one page I was able to compare every company, and not just the big ones. It also has video tips and demonstrations to help me choose. This is a great site that made shopping for something complicated very simple.

GBEasy and Excellent Medical Alert Companion is a great site, I have one Grandad and a step-Grandad both living alone at home with increasing medical difficulties and care needs. The ease of finding out about the different options and tailoring the support we need to keep both of them safe and able to stay in their homes is truly brilliant. It saves so much worry and there is so much useful information there for families in need of help.

GBBad Tech Advice Right now I am thoroughly pissed. We have "Medical Guardian" for my wife. She has the smart watch, because it gives her the best mobility options. Twice it has failed (Watch gone completely dead). The first time was corrected by one of the telephone receptionist giving me some un-official task to try. He said the watch probable received a S/W update during the night and didn't reboot properly. He said let it completely discharge, then when you recharge it, it will self reboot, but tech support will be calling me. That action did in fact work, but I am still waiting for Tech Support to contact me over that issue. Now, several month later the watch has gone dead again and will not charge at all. I called customer service and they contacted tech support. Tech support said it was because of my cell carrier not being good enough. My carrier is Verizon and I can see the cell tower from my from door. Beside having his head up his butt, what does the cell have to do with charging? Nothing!! The new solution is the company is sending us a replacement watch. I am getting very disappointed with this company and feeling even worse because we talk my wife's cousin into getting the same services.

GBno more looking through pages and pages If you are looking for a medical alert system, look no further than MedicalAlertComparison.com. Like the name suggests, the site compares medical alert systems. It’s just that simple. It has thorough, independent reviews (at least I think they are independent!) that made choosing a system very simple. I was done in about 10 minutes. No need to wade through pages and pages on each company’s biased website. - ezrider

GBWonderful service! This service really helped our family find the quality care we needed for our loved family member. The entire process was extremely easy, and cut out SO much time for the entire process. This service gives you a wide spectrum of options, laying out the process and making it easy to understand with the wonderful 'how to' videos. Really helped us find the best system for us! Highly recommend these guys.
