CADon't order for Canada I put in an order and they immediately cancelled it due to 'not being able to ship to my location in canada'. They processed it as a refund and due to the exchange, I was charged $162.49 but only refunded $153.25 the following day. So I am out $9.24 because they don't have the proper systems in place to prevent my order in the first place? HORRIBLE business practice to cost the customer money for LITERALLY no service!!

GBFRAUD I received a notification last night that I placed an order for 5 bottles of CBD gummies. I never even heard of this company. I am in the process of reporting it to my credit card to cancel because of fraud but when I called to try and cancel the order they would not do so with the order number. They wanted me to provide a bunch of my contact information for my account, which I never created. They refused to do anything or cancel the order. I tried to get names and titles of people I was speaking to but they said they are not able to provide that information along with any other information about the company. Seems very shady to me as I also hear people just laughing in the background. This company is just awful! Do not give them any business

GBI'm only giving one star because I… I'm only giving one star because I can't give zero. This company is a complete scam. Complete, absolute, despicable scam. They took my money, never sent my order, don't return e-mails and their telephone customer service says that they are "closed" at all times of the day. Avoid these losers like the plague.

GBDO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! This company is a scam. My card was originally declined because my bank wanted to make sure I wanted to order it. I called them and told them to keep it declined because the amount that showed up was not the amount I thought it would be. I did uncheck the auto-ship button but as soon as I hung up, the charge went through. I just received the product, but their support email does not exist and there is no way to contact this company. They had better not charge me again and I have no way to contact them to send it back. Update: I called the phone number on my credit card statement and got a "support" company. Although I unchecked the auto-ship box it was set up to auto-ship. She said she cancelled my account, and I would get an email confirming, but that was hours ago and still no email - I did get a confirmation number and I let her know that I have disputed the charge and once I get a refund, I will send the product back. I'm not very hopeful - still think it is a scam.

GBDon’t shop here It’s been nearly two weeks since my “priority package” was shipped and I’m still not in receipt. When I emailed after a label was printed and went nowhere for 4 days,they gave me a story about how their shipping guy screwed up labels and to call in two days..magically, my item moved to the PO the following day but that was the 15th. 2-3 day shipping equals 17-18th. Today is the 22nd. Clearly not two day. Not shipped when indicated. Beginning to wonder if it’s actually CBD. Buy direct from manufacturer, save yourself a headache.
