USWhen I ordered from Choice Brands… When I ordered from Choice Brands Direct they were advertising buy 3 bottles of CBD Gummies and get 2 free. When I received my order, they had charged me for all 5 plus 2 other bottles of CBD that I didn’t order. They charged my card for over $250. I called and told them they mis-represented their product and I wanted to return the product and I wanted a refund. They gave me a return reference number and the address to send it to. I did that on March 8 and had talked to them at least 4 times about my refund. They guaranteed I would get an e-check within 7 to 10 business days each time I called. As of 7/13/23 I finally turned it over to my bank and as of today, 8/7/23, I still do not have my refund. Today I received an email from them that they were shipping my order and a charge of $199.84 would be charged to my card. Surprise! That card has been cancelled! This company is a fraud and no one should ever have to go through what I’ve been dealing with.

USI ordered the gummies for “enhancement… I ordered the gummies for “enhancement “. Got weight loss pills. I knew I was dead in the water and I never tried to call or anything. I’m out $200.00. Never again. What a dummy I am. And an old man to boot. Wish I could get some of my money back. No fool like an old fool

USPlease I’m telling you stay away from… Please I’m telling you stay away from this product. It does not work and they charge you more at checkout than they said they were going to. I am disputing it with my bank right now and apparently they’re fighting it. This is the biggest scam out there and I would not trust these people at all.

USFRAUD I received a notification last night that I placed an order for 5 bottles of CBD gummies. I never even heard of this company. I am in the process of reporting it to my credit card to cancel because of fraud but when I called to try and cancel the order they would not do so with the order number. They wanted me to provide a bunch of my contact information for my account, which I never created. They refused to do anything or cancel the order. I tried to get names and titles of people I was speaking to but they said they are not able to provide that information along with any other information about the company. Seems very shady to me as I also hear people just laughing in the background. This company is just awful! Do not give them any business

CADon't order for Canada I put in an order and they immediately cancelled it due to 'not being able to ship to my location in canada'. They processed it as a refund and due to the exchange, I was charged $162.49 but only refunded $153.25 the following day. So I am out $9.24 because they don't have the proper systems in place to prevent my order in the first place? HORRIBLE business practice to cost the customer money for LITERALLY no service!!
