I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. I have no hesitation in recommending IndeMedical as a reliable supplier.

Phone service was good Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!

The BEST! To get a prompt reply and an apology for not shipping promptly would have been good. Offering a discount or coupon would have been very good. To go all out and credit the entire purchase is incredible!
