Waiting for return slip Well, I bought a V grip, spinner knob, and a spinner knob base It’s for a steering wheel for people who have bad arthritis on their hands it didn’t work out so I tried to return it within the 30 days that I had it I’m dealing with somebody called Nick Morales so I’m waiting for him to give me a return slip but he keeps telling me tomorrow and it’s been 3 to 4 days already. He also got upset with me and told me to not buy anything from him again he was upset. so I will keep you updated as I’m still waiting for the return slip. FYI, this cost me $182.95

i thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.

The BEST! To get a prompt reply and an apology for not shipping promptly would have been good. Offering a discount or coupon would have been very good. To go all out and credit the entire purchase is incredible! Customer service Its difficult trying to reach a customer service representative and mailbox is always full.

Excellent product Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
