GBi thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.

GBThe BEST! To get a prompt reply and an apology for not shipping promptly would have been good. Offering a discount or coupon would have been very good. To go all out and credit the entire purchase is incredible! IndeMedical stands out by itself for being special and we appreciate being valued as customers, not just with words, but with fast and decisive action. We are customers for life now.

GBPhone service was good Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!
