The merchandize is of highest quality, the prices are so reasonable and the customer service was just beyond amazing. The shipping was very quick and the packaging was done with the upmost care. My order was giving top priority with Nick!!!!! (he is so AWSOME). Mind you Nick made sure that all of my questions, quirks were answered; if he did not have an item, we researched together. Phone service was good Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!
