Excellent service! I have purchased catheters from IndeMedical for a year now and am very happy with the product and the service. I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. I have no hesitation in recommending IndeMedical as a reliable supplier.

Bad Experience I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points: 1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products. 2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier. 3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap. 4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person. I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful. Fast and convenient. IndeMedical not only offers what I need, but provides it quickly. This I like. In some cases, my order is at my doorstep before I get a tracking number. I am pleased. This is why I still buy from IndeMedical; fast and convenient.

I got what I ordered in a timely manner. I found their prices to be of a good value. The product I received was as ordered. The shipment was fairly quick and as expected. The web site is frustrating to use. Sometimes it is inconsistent and gets hung up, other times it won't complete the process of an order. I had to close, re-login, and re-enter information three or four times before it would finally get to the actual payment screen. Also, it wouldn't finish the process for a free sample of a new product. It had some issue with shipping, even though it was the same saved shipping info in my profile, of which my purchased order was shipped to. It would never progress to the final submit order page, thus I couldn't ever oder the new product sample.

Excellent product Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
