We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!

Stellar Customer Service I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was shopping online for a walker for my elderly mother. I was looking to purchase the exact model that she had been using in rehab and saw it on IndeMedical.com's page. I placed the order, and found out that it had been discontinued. Nick called me, discussed my needs and did research on my behalf. A very short while later, he emailed me his recommendations and I called back to discuss my options with him. That call took place in the afternoon. Early the very next morning, the walker was on my front steps, and it's perfect!!

The BEST! To get a prompt reply and an apology for not shipping promptly would have been good. Offering a discount or coupon would have been very good. To go all out and credit the entire purchase is incredible! IndeMedical stands out by itself for being special and we appreciate being valued as customers, not just with words, but with fast and decisive action. We are customers for life now.

i thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.
