We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!

Excellent service! I have purchased catheters from IndeMedical for a year now and am very happy with the product and the service. I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. Waiting for return slip Well, I bought a V grip, spinner knob, and a spinner knob base It’s for a steering wheel for people who have bad arthritis on their hands it didn’t work out so I tried to return it within the 30 days that I had it I’m dealing with somebody called Nick Morales so I’m waiting for him to give me a return slip but he keeps telling me tomorrow and it’s been 3 to 4 days already. He also got upset with me and told me to not buy anything from him again he was upset. so I will keep you updated as I’m still waiting for the return slip. FYI, this cost me $182.95
