Bad Experience I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points: 1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products. 2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier. 3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap. 4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person. I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful. Stellar Customer Service I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was shopping online for a walker for my elderly mother. I was looking to purchase the exact model that she had been using in rehab and saw it on IndeMedical.com's page. I placed the order, and found out that it had been discontinued. Nick called me, discussed my needs and did research on my behalf. A very short while later, he emailed me his recommendations and I called back to discuss my options with him. That call took place in the afternoon. Early the very next morning, the walker was on my front steps, and it's perfect!!

Waiting for return slip Well, I bought a V grip, spinner knob, and a spinner knob base It’s for a steering wheel for people who have bad arthritis on their hands it didn’t work out so I tried to return it within the 30 days that I had it I’m dealing with somebody called Nick Morales so I’m waiting for him to give me a return slip but he keeps telling me tomorrow and it’s been 3 to 4 days already. He also got upset with me and told me to not buy anything from him again he was upset. so I will keep you updated as I’m still waiting for the return slip. FYI, this cost me $182.95

Very very good to work with Nick did as good of a job as one could expect. The product arrived even sooner than he suggested on the first order and as discussed on the second time. Excellent product Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
