Bad Experience I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points: 1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products. 2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier. 3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap. 4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person. I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful. Dependable and Professional Have ordered supplies with IndeMedical twice. So far, things have gone very smoothly. Each step of the way I received updates on order status - from initial order through delivery. Prices seem fairly competitive and they are also quite professional. Would definitely order from them again and feel good to recommend them to others.

Phone service was good Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!
