Each step of the way I received updates on order status - from initial order through delivery. Prices seem fairly competitive and they are also quite professional. Would definitely order from them again and feel good to recommend them to others.

i thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.

Excellent product Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
