Stellar Customer Service I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was shopping online for a walker for my elderly mother. I was looking to purchase the exact model that she had been using in rehab and saw it on IndeMedical.com's page. I placed the order, and found out that it had been discontinued. Nick called me, discussed my needs and did research on my behalf. A very short while later, he emailed me his recommendations and I called back to discuss my options with him. That call took place in the afternoon. Early the very next morning, the walker was on my front steps, and it's perfect!!

The merchandize is of highest quality, the prices are so reasonable and the customer service was just beyond amazing. The shipping was very quick and the packaging was done with the upmost care. My order was giving top priority with Nick!!!!! (he is so AWSOME). Mind you Nick made sure that all of my questions, quirks were answered; if he did not have an item, we researched together. Overall my experience with this company was great and I highly recommended. How could I put, it's like when Norm walked in Cheers bar, everyone knows your name and quirks... N

i thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.

Phone service was good Phone service was good, shipment was timely Product instructions for assembly were not provided and reverence to internet assembly video does not match product delivered. We are trying to assemble and will test but just to assemble the product took 2 hours and is VERY DIFFICULT when the video has nothing but music and does not match product!

I got what I ordered in a timely manner. I found their prices to be of a good value. The product I received was as ordered. The shipment was fairly quick and as expected. The web site is frustrating to use. Sometimes it is inconsistent and gets hung up, other times it won't complete the process of an order. I had to close, re-login, and re-enter information three or four times before it would finally get to the actual payment screen. Also, it wouldn't finish the process for a free sample of a new product. It had some issue with shipping, even though it was the same saved shipping info in my profile, of which my purchased order was shipped to. It would never progress to the final submit order page, thus I couldn't ever oder the new product sample.
