Excellent service! I have purchased catheters from IndeMedical for a year now and am very happy with the product and the service. I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. I have no hesitation in recommending IndeMedical as a reliable supplier.

The merchandize is of highest quality, the prices are so reasonable and the customer service was just beyond amazing. The shipping was very quick and the packaging was done with the upmost care. Excellent product Excellent product, arrived as described. Quick shipment. Shipping was far too much, though. Seems ridiculous to spend $7 to ship a $2 item. I have since found a company who charged me $3 for the item, but zero shipping. Plus, they sent it overnight!
