Stellar Customer Service I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I was shopping online for a walker for my elderly mother. I was looking to purchase the exact model that she had been using in rehab and saw it on IndeMedical.com's page. I placed the order, and found out that it had been discontinued. Nick called me, discussed my needs and did research on my behalf. A very short while later, he emailed me his recommendations and I called back to discuss my options with him. That call took place in the afternoon. Early the very next morning, the walker was on my front steps, and it's perfect!!

Bad Experience I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points: 1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products. 2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier. 3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap. 4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person. I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful. i thought commode chair meant ability … i thought commode chair meant ability to have a potty underneath but there is not a rail for it. YOu have to push and place over potty. also there is no ability to keep leg folds from going in between which you could if there is a pot there on transfers. Also fasteners for the back are loose. However showering good.
