GBExcellent Customer Support I have used Hiveon for my pool mining since June 2021 and not had any issues whatsoever until only recently and of my own causing. I am still fairly new and quite green regarding mining, so I have been quite stressed after being unable to fix my issues myself. I contacted Customer Support and my issue you was dealt with almost immediately and my rig was back up and running within 10 minutes!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Frequent firmware upgrades, quick fixes for bugs and very competent and available support team, always ready to assist in keeping us running. GBHiveOS Support sets the bar! Read this clearly. I almost sued damnit T-mobile & Google together for lack of proper disclosure. For security I had 2FA on my HiveOS account, and broke my old phone. Since I'm not a die hard miner I thought nothing of it. Fast forward to me trying to login after getting a new phone and BOOM 2FA! Google Authenticator codes CAN NOT BE RECOVERED IF YOU LOOSE /BREAK your device. Meaning someone between T-Mobile & Google needed to assist me and both failed. Guess who succeeded, HiveOS support. I'm a grown man and almost shed 1 tear. Absolutely a 5 star experience and prompt issue resolution. I'm also very impressed with their verification process, I felt secure.
