Excellent Customer Support I have used Hiveon for my pool mining since June 2021 and not had any issues whatsoever until only recently and of my own causing. I am still fairly new and quite green regarding mining, so I have been quite stressed after being unable to fix my issues myself. I contacted Customer Support and my issue you was dealt with almost immediately and my rig was back up and running within 10 minutes!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Hiveon is my choice for my small operation I have used Hiveon as a mining rig management platform and Asic software for years without issue. When I have had problems, live chat support helped me troubleshoot my issues many times in a timely manner. Thanks to Hive, I am able to keep my small operation running!
