Interesting product Active report is a really interesting product but it's not really finish/polished (web). Documentation is poor. Customer support save this product, even with all problem we are supporting and are willing to help and hotfix showstopper issue.

GrapeCity are my first port of call for anything development based GrapeCity have great people in their sales and technical teams. Their online services take some beating too (I'm yet to find anyone who can!). All in all, a great company to help you with your development tools.

Licensing Not Fair I originally purchased the spreadsheet product when it was part of Wijimo. The product has evolved and is very good but the licensing has been a source of a major amount of frustration and has inhibited our development. As a long term user I feel like I have not been treated fairly. I should have been grandfathered when your went to server based licensing.

Good collection of Controls Good collection of products, some are very powerful (like FlexGrid, C1combo etc). The support staff are very quick to respond to any queries, they are very patient in listening and reading through the questions or issues and provide very detailed explanation along with a sample which is a big winner for a user like me. Keep up the good work!
